US Healthcare Recruiter – Ashby Experience
Hire Overseas
• Own primary sourcing of RBT and BCBA candidates across North Carolina and South Georgia • Review and triage high-volume inbound applications on a daily basis • Maintain accurate candidate records in Ashby and keep the full recruitment pipeline current at all times • Conduct proactive candidate engagement on job and social platforms to warm up hard-to-fill markets ahead of active postings • Conduct approximately 50 or more candidate interviews per week averaging 8 to 10 per day • Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and BCBAs • Ensure timely and professional communication between candidates and clinical teams throughout every hiring stage • Submit daily End-of-Day reports before logging out each day • Submit weekly summary reports every Friday • Manage Indeed job postings and advertising budgets including ongoing optimization and spend control • Adjust, pause, or optimize underperforming ads based on performance data • Maintain cost efficiency across all job advertising spend • Maintain accurate availability status in Google Chat and verify active sign-in on Insightful after any system disruption • Operate accurately across Ashby, Indeed, Google Chat, and Insightful • Support onboarding and operational ramp-up of new recruiters as the team scales
Job Requirements
- Proven experience recruiting clinical or healthcare professionals in the US market
- Familiarity with RBT, BCBA, or similar licensure-focused recruiting pipelines
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume interview schedules consistently
- Experience managing Indeed job postings and advertising budgets
- Hands-on experience with Ashby as the primary ATS for pipeline management and candidate tracking
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Highly organized with strong follow-through, daily reporting discipline, and the ability to manage multiple pipelines simultaneously
