Job Requirements
- 3+ years of in-house or agency recruitment experience
- Experience using ATS platforms (Workable, Greenhouse, or similar)
- Strong interviewing skills and understanding of competency frameworks
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management ability
- Reliable internet and a quiet home workspace
