Key Responsibilities - Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients. - Conduct regular client follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and ongoing engagement. - Re-engage inactive or lapsed clients to generate repeat business opportunities. - Manage warm inbound enquiries and convert them into paying clients. - Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across the company's service offerings. - Understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions. - Conduct client meetings via telephone and Microsoft Teams. - Act as a trusted advisor and key point of contact for clients. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. - Support the conversion of enquiries into repeat and higher-value projects. - Maintain accurate CRM records and client communication logs. - Assist with client engagement campaigns and retention initiatives. - Provide ideas to improve client experience, retention, and business growth. - Support ad hoc projects and business initiatives as required. Qualifications - Minimum 2 years' experience in account management, client services, customer success, sales, or a related role. - Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. - Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities. - Commercial awareness and the ability to identify growth opportunities. - Highly organised with strong attention to detail. - Ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously. - Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
