CRC Insurance Services
• Be the overarching relation with assigned broker firm while continuously growing broker headcount by effectively presenting our value proposition. • Develop an intimate knowledge of the broker firm and broker book of business to leverage BenefitMall capabilities to maximize revenue growth. • Recruit and train new agents to BenefitMall by promoting BenefitMall’s unique experience through deep, trusted relationships powered by the industry’s best technology solutions. • Work with agents/brokers to develop revenue growth strategies focused on increased sales activity, increased products per customer, and expanded understanding of BenefitMall’s specialized services. • Work effectively in a team sales environment and coordinate all sales and retention activity as needed to assure the fastest, easiest, and most trusted benefits selling experience. • Lead POD to service agents/brokers’ business and encourage them to grow their clients’ business by educating and training agents on carrier administrative procedures, product availability, and the value each brings to the customer. • Hosting strategy calls with POD to discuss priority issues, quote volumes, renewal activities and schedules as necessary. • Utilizing internal systems (Salesforce, Zoom, etc.) for activity tracking and metrics. • Effectively market to agents/brokers and encourage them to place their clients’ business with us by coordinating necessary in-field sales and retention activity to close sales, renew cases and add products to in-force customers. • Providing “just in time” sales expertise to maximize results. • Developing strategies with targeted agencies to drive technology adoption to assure the elimination of manual processes and adherence to safe, secure electronic transfer of data.
Job Requirements
- HS Diploma or GED equivalent (required)
- 3+ years’ experience in a related insurance/employee benefit medical sales role (required)
- Associate’s Degree (preferred)
- Active Life & Health License must be obtained within 90 days of employment.
- In-depth knowledge of group insurance products preferably attained through working in an insurance marketing or selling role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook Exchange; proficient in web browsers, specifically Google Chrome.

• Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories and target accounts. • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial outreach through contract negotiation and closing. • Build and maintain a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, industry events, and strategic outreach. • Conduct consultative sales conversations with senior stakeholders and executive-level decision-makers. • Understand customer business challenges and align solutions to their strategic objectives. • Collaborate closely with marketing, partner teams, and internal stakeholders to maximize revenue opportunities. • Develop and execute territory and account plans to achieve and exceed sales targets. • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM records. • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitive activity. • Drive long-term account growth through relationship building and expansion opportunities.
• Conduct outbound calls to qualified customers and prospects using predictive dialer systems • Establish rapport quickly and professionally while clearly explaining the purpose of the call • Complete customer qualification and insurance review assessments • Confirm key policy details including provider, premium amount, cover level, and policy term • Gather relevant customer information such as age, smoking status, and other qualifying factors • Identify life events or changes in circumstances that may create insurance review opportunities • Ask effective questions to uncover customer needs and potential protection gaps • Handle objections professionally while maintaining a positive customer experience • Complete data protection, compliance, and address verification checks • Transfer qualified customers to licensed advisers for further consultation • Maintain accurate and detailed records within the CRM system • Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets • Deliver high-quality opportunities to the adviser team • Contribute to a collaborative, performance-driven remote sales environment
