This role is responsible for managing and converting incoming leads generated through advertisements, website inquiries, and referrals while ensuring accurate client information is collected and documented. - Follow up promptly with a high volume of incoming leads from marketing campaigns, referrals, and website inquiries. - Build rapport with prospective clients and guide them through the intake process. - Collect and document client information clearly and accurately. - Maintain consistent communication through calls, texts, and emails. - Track lead activity and update records within CentralReach and CRM systems. - Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients. Qualifications - Previous intake, admissions, referrals, or sales experience preferred. - Strong sales and relationship-building skills with the ability to confidently engage prospective clients. - Excellent communication skills with a cheerful, professional, and empathetic approach. - Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills. - Experience using CentralReach preferred. - Basic CRM knowledge. - Comfortable communicating via phone, text, and email. - Comfortable working U.S. hours.
