Job Description
Product Enablement Specialist
Precursive
Role Description This role exists to make sure the right people - internal teams and customers - know what they need to know about Precursive, and to build the systems that keep that true as the product evolves. You deliver training directly, both to internal teams and to enterprise customers. You also design the repeatable processes and content that embed enablement into how Product, Services, Support, and Sales operate, so we are not starting from scratch every release. You operate without close direction. You spot what's missing, scope it, build it, and bring it back. You ask for input, not permission, and you defend your decisions. When something is being done manually and repeatedly, you ask why it isn't automated - and then you do something about it. We use AI extensively in how we create and maintain content at Precursive. You create training and knowledge base content using AI by default, not by hand. We have AI-assisted workflows already in place - connecting to source systems, generating structured outputs - and we want you to maintain, improve, and expand them. You ensure everything that comes out is on-brand, in our tone of voice, and held to a high quality bar. Clarity and consistency matter more than volume. Qualifications - Experience in product enablement, training, customer education, or a similar role - Strong written and verbal English communication skills (C1 Level) - Experience delivering training on Salesforce-based products, with the ability to train end users on how to navigate Salesforce - Demonstrated interest in using AI tools to build repeatable content workflows, not just to speed up one-off production - Experience working in B2B software companies (Nice To Have) - Experience operating within, or closely alongside, a professional services team and familiarity with embedded services or post-sale delivery models (Nice To Have) - Experience supporting mid-market and enterprise customers (Nice To Have) Requirements - Own the structure, quality, and consistency of Precursive's knowledge base for end users and admins - Create, maintain, and improve written documentation and training decks - Define what “good” looks like for learning content at Precursive - Ensure enablement assets stay current as the product evolves - Deliver internal product enablement for Services, Support, Sales, Solutions, and new joiners - Own internal release enablement, including release notes and internal briefings - Explain product workflows, intended behaviour, and changes clearly and practically - Update training materials, KB content, and customer onboarding materials in line with releases - Partner with Sales and Solutions to scope training requirements for prospects, and contribute training scope and effort to SOWs - Deliver live customer training sessions, workshops, and webinars - Run training scoping sessions to understand audience needs and tailor scope and content - Own and evolve customer onboarding agendas and supporting materials - Coach and enable the Services team to deliver customer onboarding sessions effectively - Ensure customer onboarding reflects current product capabilities and best practices - Identify recurring areas of confusion or friction from training and enablement - Feed insights into Product - Work closely with Product to ensure enablement assets reflect product intent Benefits - Competitive salary aligned to experience and market rates - Flexible working arrangements - £500 annual learning and development budget - Generous holiday allowance, equating to 34 days of paid time off per year (inclusive of public holidays, plus an additional day for your birthday) - A role with real ownership and visible impact Company Description Precursive is a software platform for professional services teams in B2B software companies. Built natively on Salesforce, it combines services planning, delivery execution, customer collaboration, and AI-driven insights to keep services aligned with sales and customer delivery. As we grow, product knowledge, learning, and enablement are critical to delivering a great experience for both customers and internal teams.
