• Develop clear, differentiated messaging and positioning that resonates with ServiceTrade’s core personas across fire protection and mechanical service. • Validate and refine messaging through customer insights, testing, and collaboration with Sales and Product. • Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new product releases and feature launches, including AI-powered capabilities. • Build launch briefs, messaging guides, and cross-functional alignment plans that ensure successful adoption. • Create high-impact GTM content such as pitch decks, product one-pagers, datasheets, videos, and demo narratives. • Maintain competitive intelligence on key players, emerging technologies, and market dynamics. • Develop and update competitive battlecards, positioning guidance, and insights for Sales and Product teams. • Partner closely with Product Management to influence roadmap decisions using market, customer, and competitive insights. • Support Sales with talk tracks, objection handling, and persona-aligned messaging that improve win rates. • Craft compelling narratives for AI features, focusing on trust, value, and clear customer impact. • Experiment with AI-enabled workflows to improve PMM efficiency, content creation, and GTM processes. • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and RevOps to ensure consistent product storytelling across all touchpoints. • Synthesize customer feedback, market signals, and product performance data into actionable recommendations. • Serve as the internal expert on your assigned product areas—providing clarity, alignment, and momentum across teams. • Other duties as necessary.
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience (or equivalent strategic marketing role)
- Proven success developing product messaging, positioning, and value propositions
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives
- Experience with competitive intelligence, market analysis, and building competitive tools (battlecards, competitor briefs)
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills; able to work closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident presenter and storyteller
- Analytical mindset with the ability to validate messaging, evaluate market signals, and make data-informed recommendations
- Curiosity about AI and how it can improve both product marketing workflows and customer experience
- Nice to have: Experience in commercial contracting, field service management, or software used by service technicians or operational teams.
