Field Manager
Kooner Fleet Management Solutions
• Manages technician hiring, training, coaching, performance management, discipline, and overtime authorization • Maintains an ongoing preventive/corrective maintenance program which sets the standard for service excellence • Reviews status reports including road calls, breakdowns, parts inventory, repairs, and safety performance • Provides hands-on maintenance assistance as needed.
Job Requirements
- 5-7 years’ experience leading Fleet Maintenance teams
- 7+ years’ experience of fleet maintenance and repair as a heavy-duty technician
- Must excel at managing and influencing the operational and administrative processes inherent in a high growth environment
- Specialized understanding of maintenance procedures and general knowledge of industry regulations (e.g. EPA, DOT, OSHA) to ensure compliance
- High School diploma required
