Capacity Planning Manager

• Forecast workload, volumes, and resource needs across customer support and related service teams • Analyze and interpret volume and productivity data from Salesforce and BI tools • Lead the optimization and data integrity of residential forecasting models • Build and maintain custom capacity plans and headcount reports • Update capacity plans monthly for accurate resource analysis • Present monthly headcount and forecast attainment reports to the senior leadership team • Partner with department leaders to translate new business processes into actionable headcount needs • Collaborate with BI and Data teams to ensure data accuracy • Identify and suggest innovative tools or methods to improve forecasting accuracy
Job Requirements
- 3+ years in capacity planning or forecasting, specifically within support operations or high-volume call centers
- Demonstrable experience in diverse types of forecasting and scheduling methodologies
- Strong understanding of call center dynamics and Erlang-C formulas
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VBA, and complex data modeling)
- Experience generating reports from CRM tools (Salesforce) and BI platforms (Sigma, Power BI, or Tableau)

Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field. - 5+ years Quality Management experience in progressively responsible leadership roles will be considered in lieu of a bachelor’s degree. - BICSI RCDD, PMP, or equivalent certifications preferred. - Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, standard modeling (SOP), leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources. - Knowledge of laws, legal codes, government regulations, and requirements. - Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the construction or repair of buildings, or other structures within Regional Datacenters. - Proficient in using a computer and MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, etc.) and MS Project. - 5+ years progressively responsible leadership roles with quality management experience in the low voltage, structured cabling, or data center construction industries. - Experience understanding of BICSI standards, ANSI/TIA codes, and electrical/communications best practices. - Extensive knowledge of QA/QC frameworks, regulatory standards, and technical best practices. - Proven ability to build and scale quality programs in high-growth and field-based environments.
