What you'll be responsible for You will own the vision, strategy, and execution of Circle's Global Treasury Management offering, enabling corporate treasurers and finance teams to move funds across internal and affiliated accounts instantly, 24/7, using USDC, EURC, and other stablecoins. You will define and drive a multi-year product strategy that leverages Circle's regulated stablecoin infrastructure and global banking network to deliver a capital-efficient treasury solution. Working across Engineering, Treasury, Compliance, Operations, and Go-to-Market teams, you will launch and scale a trusted enterprise-grade product that helps customers optimize liquidity, reduce settlement friction, and modernize treasury operations at global scale. What you'll work on - Define and execute the Global Treasury Management product strategy and roadmap, leading the product from MVP through general availability and long-term platform expansion. - Deliver measurable improvements in capital efficiency, settlement speed, cost optimization, and operational predictability for corporate treasury and finance teams. - Define reporting, reconciliation, and integration capabilities, including transaction reporting APIs, statements, transaction tagging, and ERP/TMS connectivity. - Establish enterprise-grade operational standards, including service levels, monitoring, alerting, incident readiness, reporting reliability, and liquidity reservation models. - Partner with Product Marketing, Business Development, Revenue Operations, and Pricing teams to define monetization, packaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy. - Collaborate closely with Engineering, Treasury, Compliance, Operations, and customers to identify friction points, improve product performance, and accelerate adoption. - Conduct customer discovery and market analysis across crypto-native companies, payment service providers, global enterprises, and treasury technology partners to inform product strategy and investment decisions. What you'll bring to Circle Core Requirements - 10+ years of product management experience, including ownership of complex platform, infrastructure, payments, or financial products - Deep expertise in payments, treasury, banking, cash management, cross-border settlement, or financial infrastructure - Proven track record launching and scaling 0→1 products into enterprise-grade, revenue-generating businesses - Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive prioritization, evaluate performance, and optimize customer and business outcomes - Demonstrated ability to define product strategy and influence senior stakeholders across technical and business organizations - Experience leading highly cross-functional initiatives involving Engineering, Compliance, Treasury, Operations, and commercial teams - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience creating strategy documents, product requirements, and executive-level recommendations Preferred Requirements - Experience with corporate treasury workflows, liquidity management, cash management, or treasury management systems such as Kyriba or SAP - Familiarity with stablecoins, blockchain-based settlement, regulated digital asset products, or enterprise B2B API platforms - Knowledge of financial messaging standards, reconciliation workflows, accounting integrations, subscription-based monetization models, or compliance-driven financial products Circle is on a mission to create an inclusive financial future, with transparency at our core.
