Title : Marketing Communications Partner, Specialty Products Location: USA - Monroeville R&D Center time type Full time job requisition id JR26624 Job Description: As Global Marketing Communications Partner, Specialty Products you manage global internal and external communications efforts for one of PPG's strategic departments, Specialty Products (SP). You will work with leadership from one of PPG's most diverse businesses. You will define and developing a marketing communications strategy and plan that aligns with business strategy and goals. You will partner with outside marketing, communications, and advertising freelancers and agencies to implement tactics and meet established goals. Key Responsibilities: - Work with global business leaders to develop global strategic communications plans. These plans align with goals to guide awareness and familiarity of PPG, enhance the reputation of the company, and contribute to efforts to improve sales of specialty products. - Partner with business leaders, strategic market managers and product managers to develop strategies that support and accomplish goals globally. - Help implement marketing communications programs through the execution of creative content (both digital and print), promotion, and mechanisms that drive customer experience. - Promote earned media strategy and edit press releases and other media materials related to new products, events, capacity expansion, M&A. - Develop digital marketing strategies including SEO, SEM and marketing automation to bring traffic to websites and increase awareness for PPG products. - Coordinate tradeshow participation and industry events, including identification of opportunities to participate in, overall messaging strategy and customer engagement plans. - Collaborate with business leaders to develop and refine product/segment messaging, ensuring consistency across products, and develop message maps and talking points. - Lead product-line branding strategy development and serve as trademark gatekeeper working with product managers and trademark council to manage new product name creation, trademark clearance, registration and compliance needs. - Develop and implement strategies for lead nurturing, customer engagement, improve pipeline conversion and increase sales and improving customer loyalty. As the Business Development Manager, SEM Allied Products, you will increase growth across the US and Canada. You will focus on expanding distribution and increasing market share in existing accounts.
