Role Description We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Pre-Sales Architect to join our specialist team working exclusively on the AWS Small Business Acceleration Initiative (SBAI). You will act as the primary technical advisor across the full sales cycle, from initial discovery through to post-sale handover, helping SMB customers realise the value of AWS. You’ll work hand-in-hand with our SBAI sales reps and player-manager to design compelling solutions, support funding applications, and ensure technical alignment to AWS best practices. This is a high-impact role where you will be incentivised on the performance of the SBAI team, not just your own individual contributions. - Engage in the full deal lifecycle – from pre-qualification and discovery to technical solution design and delivery handover - Work with sales reps to shape outcome-based solutions using AWS services, Cloud Bridge IP, and AWS Marketplace partners - Drive funding alignment through strong knowledge of AWS programmes (MAP, CEI, ARRC, POC, WAR, ISV Accelerate) - Lead and deliver technical discovery sessions and solution walkthroughs for SMB customers - Document high-level solution architectures and customer proposals - Support POCs and trials, working to convert them into launched opportunities - Collaborate with Cloud Bridge delivery teams to ensure a smooth transition post-sales Qualifications - AWS Solutions Architect Associate (minimum) or higher - Strong technical knowledge across AWS services including EC2, S3, FSx, WorkSpaces, AppStream, CloudFormation, IAM, RDS, Control Tower, Backup, and Networking fundamentals - Experience working with SMBs or customers with limited internal IT functions - A commercial mindset and ability to align technical outcomes to business objectives - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to present to both technical and non-technical stakeholders - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, outcome-driven sales environment - Excellent documentation and communication skills Requirements - Experience with FinOps tooling and AWS cost optimisation frameworks - Familiarity with ISV onboarding, FTR processes, and AWS Marketplace publishing - Hands-on involvement in POC delivery or post-sale support - Background in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or AWS Partner ecosystem Benefits - 25 Days Paid Time-off - Birthday Leave - Company Bonus Scheme - Flexible Working - Early Friday Finish (Monthly) - Company Laptop and Peripherals - Company Sabbatical Scheme - Personalised Training & Development Plan - Annual Wellness Allowance - Company Events - Wellbeing support - Mental Health Champions - Calm app subscription

You will: - Perform interactive demonstrations of the Glean platform to prospective customers. - Educate the technical teams of our prospective customers on the architecture of the Glean platform, articulating the “how” of how our solution works in the context of the customer landscape. - Scope and execute sponsored pilot and Proof of Value (PoV) exercises to ensure the technical requirements and business objectives that the Glean solution provides are validated. - Educate and train our customers and partners on our product to ensure that they are set up for success. - Present at company-sponsored events such as Google Cloud Next and AWS re: invent. - Liaise with Glean product managers and engineers to investigate issues, raise feature requests, and understand our future roadmap. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). - At least 5+ years of experience in enterprise software pre-sales and have used value-based discovery frameworks. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex technical challenges. - Ability to explain complex technical concepts in layman’s terms to help educate and train customers, prospects, and partners. - Comfortable presenting, both virtually and in person. - Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (IaaS) platforms such as GCP, AWS, and Azure. - Familiarity with identity services and Single Sign-On (SSO) providers such as Azure/Entra ID, Okta, and protocols such as SAML, SCIM, and OIDC. - Familiarity with APIs, including sending and receiving data from API endpoints, and how to troubleshoot issues. - Familiarity with security concepts and tools, e.g. Firewalls, VPNs, SSL/TLS, DLP, WAFs, and proxies. Location This role is remote (must be based in Germany). Role Description The Account Representative, MID Solutions ensures a timely, efficient launch of new IODs/pharmacies and provides daily ongoing support to an assigned group of accounts. Location: This position is remote and can be based anywhere within the United States. Candidates must be able to work within EST business hours. Travel 10-15% (typically up to once every 6 weeks).
