Role Description SANDBX is a US-based company that helps innovative technology businesses build strong engineering teams and grow their products. Our partners range from global market research leaders and AI-driven startups to healthcare and IoT companies. We work closely with founders, CEOs, CTOs, and engineering leaders to help them find exceptional talent and scale their teams. While for now our major need is recruitment, other HR tasks might come into foreground as we grow, so depending on the individual's needs he/she may stay in recruitment or pivot into HR. Recruiters closely cooperate with the top-management team (CEO, CTO and COO), who are the only hiring managers. A successful candidate: - Has a true passion for connecting great people with great opportunities and helping them succeed - Has excellent people-searching and information-searching skills - Is able to manage 2–3 searches simultaneously and quickly adapt to changing priorities - Has a good sense of humor - Enjoys communicating with people and building long-term relationships Qualifications - Minimum 1.5 years of experience as a full-cycle IT Recruiter (from sourcing to interviewing and selection) - Experience closing technical vacancies, such as Software Engineers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Data Engineers, AI/ML Engineers, Product Managers, and other technology-related roles - Good understanding of the IT market, technical roles, and modern technologies - Ability to understand hiring requirements and assess candidate relevance for technical positions - Hands-on experience with sourcing tools and techniques, including Boolean Search, X-Ray Search, Chrome extensions, AmazingHiring, TurboHiring, etc. - Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and maintaining candidate pipelines, comments, feedback, and follow-ups - Ability to provide thoughtful feedback and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills - Good written and spoken English Requirements - Nice to Have: - Experience conducting technical screening interviews - Experience recruiting for senior engineering and leadership positions - Experience working with US-based clients or international teams - Interest in AI tools and modern recruiting technologies Benefits - Market competitive salary - Medical insurance - Equipment allowance - Small but highly skilled, technically savvy and passionate team - Open, honest and inclusive culture - Unlimited vacations and sick days - Benefits & perks Company Description The corporate culture here at SANDBX is as straightforward as it can be.
