Internal Recruiter
Support Revolution
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple regions and disciplines, with a focus on sales and operational roles • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and provide regular updates • Source and engage high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other creative channels • Screen CVs and applications, conduct initial interviews, and create shortlists of strong candidates • Coordinate interview scheduling, communication, feedback, and offers • Maintain our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment records • Build and nurture a strong network of relevant speculative candidates, creating talent pipelines for future roles and business growth • Build Support Revolution’s presence and employer brand on LinkedIn by sharing engaging content, growing relevant networks, and helping position the business as a great place to work • Provide insights and reporting to support hiring decisions • Collaborate with the Head of Operations and the Talent Acquisition team on hiring strategy, reporting, and ad-hoc projects
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in an in-house role such as Internal Recruiter or Talent Acquisition professional with experience recruiting sales and operational roles
- A strong track-record of sourcing and headhunting skills: you know how to find great people, not just wait for them to apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with candidates and colleagues
- Confidence in representing Support Revolution professionally and positively, acting as the first interaction candidates will have with us
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment reporting
