Location: Warrenville, IL / Remote Travel Required: 40% - 60% Salary: $115k - $150k based on experience What You'll Do: - Lead enterprise-wide maintenance and reliability initiatives that improve asset performance, reduce unplanned downtime, extend equipment life, and lower maintenance costs across multiple manufacturing facilities. - Analyze equipment failures, maintenance data, and operational trends to identify reliability improvement opportunities, facilitate root cause investigations, and drive corrective actions to completion. - Develop, standardize, and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance programs, leveraging technologies such as vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis, and other condition-monitoring tools. - Serve as the enterprise subject matter expert for CMMS strategy, data governance, maintenance processes, KPI reporting, spare parts optimization, and maintenance best practices. - Partner with plant leadership, engineering, and maintenance teams to support capital projects, mentor site-level reliability resources, and lead training, workshops, and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline. - 7+ years of maintenance, reliability, or plant engineering experience within a manufacturing, industrial, or process-driven environment, including experience leading reliability improvement initiatives. - Strong knowledge of Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM), Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA), preventive and predictive maintenance programs, and equipment reliability strategies. - Experience with CMMS platforms (such as SAP PM, MVP-One, or similar systems), maintenance KPI reporting, and data analysis tools including Excel and Power BI. - Proven ability to influence and collaborate across multiple sites, mentor technical teams, communicate effectively with all organizational levels, and drive continuous improvement in complex manufacturing environments. Role Description Corpay is currently looking to hire a Crew Accommodations Agent within our Lodging division. This role is located in Colombia. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the hotel and ground transportation bookings for our Client’s Crew members, as well as managing the workflow between agents and clients. This role requires efficient handling of booking requirements through our proprietary system, along with managing communications through email, chat, phone calls, and direct interactions. The Agent ensures seamless resolution of booking issues by following Standard Operating Procedures and facilitates coordination among agents, clients, and vendors. You will report directly to Crew Accommodation Support Manager and regularly collaborate with teams/departments. Qualifications - Fluent in Spanish and English - High school diploma or equivalent - Experience in travel coordination or hospitality - Strong organizational and communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and travel booking systems Requirements - A minimum of 3 years of experience in the hotel/travel industry or a similar role is highly preferred. - Book and oversee all the bookings of hotel accommodations and ground transportation for flight attendants, pilot crews, ad-hoc crews, and other non-crew airline employees. - Handle emergency relocations of crew members, working closely with the Supervisor on shift and ensuring timely resolutions to avoid delays or cancellations. - Act as the primary liaison between the client's Crew Scheduling, other relevant departments, and our internal teams to meet operational requirements and resolve issues affecting crew members. - Facilitate effective communication with internal departments and management to expedite work and resolve problems. - Ensure that all necessary tools, systems, and resources are accessible and operational, reporting any issues to shift supervisors promptly. - Efficiently use all tools and technology to process, track, and report transactions, ensuring accurate registration of reservation details in the TA Connections system. - Identify suitable and compliant hotel options in various markets, particularly in locations without contracted hotels or during Sold Out situations, and handle the approval process for non-compliant options. - Manage payments to hotel and transportation vendors in accordance with contractual terms. - Foster a positive work environment with open, respectful communication and professional behavior, promoting a "CAN DO" attitude among the client and all TAC colleagues. - Report incidents professionally to the TA Connections Supervisor on shift and/or Operations Management. - Maintain impeccable attendance, punctuality, and adherence to company policies and the Employee Handbook. - Assist the Account Management Team, IT, Billing, and Commission Collections departments with data gathering, research, and troubleshooting, and work on special projects as assigned. - Excellent interpersonal and client relationship skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and business partners both electronically and via telephone. - Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills. - Strong writing, communication, and negotiation skills. - Ability to work independently and as a contributing team member. - Familiarity with hotel sourcing and rate negotiation, with a thorough understanding of market and contractual needs. - Excellent PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint software. - Availability to work shift work, willingness to work long hours during irregular operations, and flexibility to adjust schedules as per client requirements. - Reliable transportation for on-site work and a dependable internet connection for potential remote work in a quiet home environment (Overtime or office closures).
