What we're looking for We're looking for a: - experienced contracts professional - "can-do" self-starter with experience advising and influencing senior stakeholders - proven record of delivering commercial outcomes for their customers - experience supporting program delivery With responsibility for leading a team delivering contractual outcomes across multiple sustainment services programs the role requires contracts advisory and leadership responsibilities and will play a key role in supporting successful execution of BDA's commitments to our customers. Key Responsibilities for this position include: - Work effectively with senior internal and external stakeholders on contract and commercial matters to achieve BDA's strategic goals. - Support and develop a team of contracts professionals. - Exercise appropriate signature authority in negotiating and executing contractual instruments on behalf of the company. - Provide strategic advice and support to program teams on contractual and commercial issues. - Lead contract negotiations within delegation to achieve the BDA's desired commercial outcomes. - Contribute to the strategic direction of BDA's contracts team, with a focus on continuous improvement.
