Requirements - Bachelor’s degree required; coursework in business, marketing, analytics, operations, or a related field preferred. - 2 years of relevant experience in product operations, business operations, marketing, or a related role, preferably within CPG, retail, digital media, or technology-enabled organizations. - Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives, operational processes, or product workflows in a structured, fast-paced environment. - Exposure to retail media networks, advertising technology, or digital marketing ecosystems is a plus, with a willingness to learn and grow in this space.
