• Run daily and weekly operations of the field organization • Ensure projects are aligned to: scope, schedule, execution expectations • Support PMs / field engineers in resolving issues quickly • Maintain visibility across active sites, priorities, and risks • Monitor and support: Revenue tracking & forecasting, Project burn vs plan • Invoicing progress and accuracy • Ensure operational performance aligns with headcount planning and utilization targets • Provide visibility into business health and gaps • Own deployment of field teams across active work • Maintain utilization balance across the group • Support hiring decisions (L1–L5 roles) • Partner with leadership on forecasting headcount needs • Lead weekly team operating meetings, including: What’s going well, Risks / blockers, Priority shifts • Reinforce focus areas: safety training, consistency in execution • Lead and support field engineers and managers • Reinforce expectations around: professionalism, communication, accountability • Drive team culture aligned with Fluid2Chip standards • Support development and growth of field personnel • Ensure consistent use of: playbooks, communication standards, expense / time reporting • Maintain accountability for operational hygiene across the team • Support new work through: staffing approach, execution planning, scope input • Contribute to planning that aligns delivery with available resources

• Lead execution of data center liquid cooling and TCS projects from early engagement through commissioning and handover. • Provide hands‑on, on‑site oversight during critical construction, installation, startup, and commissioning phases. • Ensure projects meet schedule, budget, quality, and technical performance requirements. • Act as the technical authority for liquid cooling systems during delivery and commissioning. • Maintain detailed project schedules, scopes, dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans.

• Support flushing, cleaning, passivation, and final rinse verification activities. • Assist with system fill, purge, and coolant verification. • Perform field testing (conductivity, pH, turbidity, glycol %, visual inspections). • Collect and manage samples for laboratory or advanced analysis. • Support filtration installation, inspection, and verification. • Verify system readiness prior to ITE onboarding. • Document field activities and test results clearly and accurately. • Coordinate with mechanical contractors, OEMs, and site personnel. • Uphold Fluid2Chip standards under schedule and commercial pressure.

• Coordinate execution of liquid cooling and TCS projects from early engagement through commissioning. • Maintain project schedules, scopes, risks, and dependencies. • Serve as a technical liaison between clients, field teams, contractors, and internal leadership. • Track commissioning readiness, testing requirements, and acceptance criteria. • Translate technical issues (chemistry, cleanliness, system readiness) into project impacts. • Support field teams during critical site activities when needed. • Ensure accurate, high-quality project documentation and reporting. • Proactively escalate risks and propose mitigation strategies.
