Role Description As Growth Lead / Acquisition Lead, you will be responsible for building and piloting the first acquisition system for FORREST. Your role will be to turn our brand universe into a clear, measurable and scalable acquisition strategy. You will work directly with the founders and help us define what to test, where to invest, how to measure performance, and how to grow without damaging the brand. - Build a 90-day digital acquisition plan for the launch. - Define the right channel mix: Meta Ads, Google Search, Google Shopping, Performance Max, retargeting, CRM, newsletter, content and collaborations. - Structure the acquisition funnel from traffic to conversion. - Identify and test the most relevant creative angles for FORREST. - Work with creative teams to brief and evaluate performance assets. - Coordinate media buying, CRM, tracking and creative specialists when needed. - Set up a simple but useful reporting system. - Analyse CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, average order value, cost per lead, email sign-ups and margin impact. - Recommend budget allocation and scaling decisions. - Help improve the e-commerce journey: landing pages, product pages, reassurance, storytelling, checkout and post-purchase flows. - Translate learnings into clear weekly decisions. The mission is not only about buying traffic. It is about building a learning system that helps us understand our audience, our strongest messages and our best acquisition channels. Qualifications - Strong experience in digital acquisition for DTC, e-commerce or premium consumer brands. - Experience with launching or scaling DTC brands. - Experience with physical products and e-commerce. - Experience with premium or high-consideration purchases. - Experience with paid acquisition, especially Meta and Google. - Experience with CRM, email flows and lead generation. - Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce environments. - Experience with funnel analysis and conversion optimisation. - Experience with creative testing and performance storytelling. - Experience working directly with founders or small senior teams. Requirements - Ability to connect brand, business, creativity and data. - Comfortable discussing CAC, ROAS, margins, conversion rate, creative angles, brand positioning, customer journey, acquisition budget, and testing methodology. - Pragmatic, structured, and senior enough to challenge when needed. - Freelance / fractional role. Initial mission: 3 months. Possible extension after the launch phase. - Expected rhythm: 1.5 to 2 days per week. Remote possible. Regular working sessions with the founders. - Start: as soon as possible.
