Role Description Como Designer Visual Júnior na FIAP ON, você será responsável por desenvolver peças visuais que traduzam conceitos complexos em materiais didáticos claros, organizados e visualmente atraentes. Seu trabalho vai apoiar a comunicação dos conteúdos educacionais, fortalecendo a identidade visual da marca FIAP e garantindo consistência estética em diferentes formatos. Responsibilities - Desenvolver ilustrações e infográficos vetoriais de alta qualidade que apoiem a comunicação visual de conteúdos didáticos online. - Aplicar e manter a identidade visual da instituição em todos os materiais produzidos. - Tratar imagens no Photoshop e realizar diagramação de materiais visuais e educacionais. - Trabalhar em sinergia com os times de Design, Produção de Conteúdo e EAD, garantindo padronização visual e identidade institucional. - Gerenciar e organizar o banco interno de imagens da instituição. - Participar de reuniões de alinhamento e brainstorming com o time criativo. - Colaborar na propagação da cultura de design, dentro da empresa e entre diferentes áreas. Challenges - Trabalhar bem em um ambiente ágil e acelerado, adaptando-se rapidamente a mudanças de escopo. - Atenção rigorosa aos prazos e organização das entregas. - Desenvolver constantemente novas habilidades e técnicas, especialmente no uso de Inteligência Artificial aplicada ao design. - Manter qualidade visual e técnica nas entregas, com documentação e organização claras. - Trabalhar com Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams) no apoio à equipe e revisão de materiais. Qualifications - Domínio de Adobe Illustrator e Photoshop (obrigatório). - Domínio do pacote Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams). - Experiência em criação de peças gráficas digitais (infográficos, ícones, fluxogramas, diagramas técnicos). - Habilidade em tratamento de imagens e diagramação de materiais digitais. - Conhecimento básico de formatos para web (SVG, WebP, PNG, PDF). Preferred Qualifications - Noções de UI e acessibilidade visual em ambientes educacionais digitais. - Conhecimento em geração de imagens com IA (Runway, Krea, entre outras). - Conhecimento em design gráfico aplicado a ambientes digitais. - Noções básicas de motion design.
