Program Manager
SOSi
• Lead all phases of the program lifecycle, including facility startup, ongoing operations, surge support, and eventual closeout. • Ensure that detainee care, custody, and support services comply with National Detention Standards (NDS) and other federal regulations. • Direct strategic planning and decision-making to meet contract requirements and Agency expectations. • Supervise and support facility leadership teams and subject-matter experts across multiple disciplines. • Act as the primary liaison with government officials, including the Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR). • Oversee subcontractors’ performance, ensuring timely and compliant delivery of services. • Conduct regular audits, inspections, and risk assessments to ensure contract compliance and mitigate operational risks. • Provide accurate and timely reports to the CO, COR, and SOSi leadership. • Implement corrective actions and contingency plans when required. • Direct rapid staff mobilization and surge capacity planning to meet unexpected demand. • Ensure adequate staffing, training, and resource allocation across the facility. • Manage program budgets, track expenditures, and ensure efficient use of funds. • Serve as the key point of contact for the customer and SOSi headquarters on all contract-related matters. • Provide regular updates to leadership on performance, compliance, and risk status. • Prepare closeout documentation, including final reports and lessons learned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, criminal justice, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience managing federal contracts in detention, correctional, or comparable environments.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing large-scale, multi-subcontractor operations.
- Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), whole-of-government approaches, and sensitive systems like the Enforcement Alien Removal Module (EARM).
- Ability to obtain and maintain necessary federal security clearances (e.g., Tier 5 background investigation).

About the Role: The Program Manager, Resilience, leads enterprise-wide program management initiatives within CrowdStrike’s Resilience Organization. This role drives operational excellence across preparedness, prevention, and response by coordinating complex, cross-functional resilience programs and delivering clear visibility into CrowdStrike’s resilience posture. As the operational backbone of the Resilience Organization, this role owns enterprise resilience metrics, program performance management, and executive reporting. You will ensure leadership has actionable insights through integrated dashboards, trend analysis, and performance indicators across all business units. What You’ll Do: Primary Responsibilities Resilience Program Portfolio Management: Support a portfolio of initiatives spanning business continuity, disaster recovery, crisis and incident management, and technology resilience across multiple lines of business. Enterprise Metrics & Reporting: Aggregate, analyze, and report resilience KPIs; develop executive dashboards; identify trends and gaps; and provide data-driven recommendations. Program & Project Execution: Develop and manage project plans aligned to initiative scope and resources; track timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables. Continuous Improvement: Lead corrective action tracking and ensure lessons learned are systematically incorporated into program enhancements.
