Role Description The Aviation Advisor is a critical member of the growing SGS Aviation Compliance team, providing independent aviation safety and compliance expertise to clients operating in complex and high‑risk environments. Supporting both fixed‑wing and rotary‑wing operations, the role primarily serves clients within the Oil, Gas, and Mining sectors. - Contribute directly to strengthening client aviation safety outcomes while upholding and advancing SGS Aviation Compliance standards, credibility, and best‑practice methodology. - Deliver aviation safety advice and conduct operational, technical, and compliance audits for SGS Aviation Compliance clients. - Act as a direct liaison with client representatives on aviation matters, building trusted professional relationships while maintaining objectivity and independence. - Ensure all work is performed in accordance with SGS Aviation Compliance standards and procedures, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment across all client engagements. - Provide advisory support and audit conclusions based on applicable regulatory requirements and recognized international best practices, reinforced through robust internal peer review. - Plan and execute audits, including Flight Safety Foundation (FSF) Basic Aviation Risk Standard (BARS) audits. - Produce high‑quality audit reports and support clients with corrective action planning and closure of audit findings. - Manage multiple engagements and follow up effectively with audit clients. • Design, develop, implement, and deploy Oracle Integrations solutions. • Design and Create integrations using some of the following tools: Oracle ERP cloud: FastFormula, HCM Extract, HDL, BIP, as well as Web Services (SOAP & REST) • Develop OIC integrations between Oracle Cloud applications and legacy applications • Collaborate with clients and various cross functional teams to define and determine integration requirements and integration strategy • Experience with creating OIC integrations between Oracle Cloud applications and legacy applications • Define and implement best practices for integrations with standard enterprise systems such as Oracle Cloud, JD Edwards and EBS. • Participate in requirements, design, and development reviews. • Work closely with client resources to transfer technical knowledge and give guidance on best practices • Ensure quality of development deliverables by applying proven testing methodologies • Provide knowledge transfer of Oracle's solutions and Integrations through meetings, presentation demonstrations • Maintain well documented procedural instructions to hand-off to client • Status reporting to engagement management

The ideal candidate will have a proven record of at least 2+ years of experience in Workday configuration, implementation, and support. In this role you will collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions, ensuring system optimization and alignment with industry best practices. Location Specifics: U.S. based Position Setup: Remote Qualifications - A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a Workday consultant, with a proven track record of supporting or implementing Workday solutions utilizing Agile or Scrum methodologies. - Proficiency in configuring at least one or more Workday HCM or Finance module(s) (e.g., Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Talent & Performance, Financial Management, Recruiting, etc.). - Experience with all phases of the Workday implementation lifecycle (requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment). - Experience with Workday tools such as Report Writer, calculated fields, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), and Core Connectors with a strong working knowledge of web services and the Workday security framework. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into understandable presentations for clients. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
