Role Description The Policy Processing Representative - Transportation is responsible for efficiently processing policy-related transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The role reviews and verifies policy applications, endorsements, and cancellations, inputting data accurately into computer systems, and issuing policy documents to clients. They handle inquiries from policyholders, agents, and other stakeholders, providing timely and accurate information on policy-related matters. They assist with underwriting tasks, such as assessing risk factors and calculating premiums. Key Responsibilities - Review and process a variety of policy transactions, including submissions, policy issuance, endorsements, cancellations, renewals, filings, and monthly reporting. - Validate accuracy of policy data within carrier and internal systems, ensuring completeness and alignment with underwriting intent. - Complete complex or non-standard transactions that fall outside the scope of centralized processing teams. - Ensure all work meets company, carrier, and regulatory requirements. Quality Assurance & Exception Handling - Perform quality reviews and audits of work completed by centralized processing teams. - Identify errors, trends, and gaps, and take corrective action as needed. - Handle escalated or exception-based tasks requiring advanced knowledge and critical thinking. - Provide clear feedback and guidance to improve quality and consistency. Stakeholder Support - Partner with underwriters, agents, and carriers to resolve policy-related inquiries and discrepancies. - Respond to questions and escalations from centralized teams. - Handle agent and broker phone inquiries related to policy processing. - Ensure clear communication and timely resolution of issues. Process Oversight - Monitor assigned workflows to ensure compliance with service level expectations and turnaround times. - Support prioritization and distribution of work across processing teams. - Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements. - Assist in maintaining and enhancing standard operating procedures. Collaboration & Training - Assist in onboarding and training of new team members and processing staff. - Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for policy processing workflows. - Partner with leadership to drive operational efficiency, standardization, and continuous improvement. - Share best practices across the team. Qualifications - Experience in insurance operations, underwriting support, or a related role (commercial lines preferred). - Exposure to transportation insurance or the ability to quickly learn transportation-specific workflows. - Experience working with centralized processing or shared services teams is helpful. - Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and quality assurance. - Demonstrated ability to handle complex tasks, exceptions, and escalations. - Effective communication skills, including experience supporting internal and external stakeholders. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Teams, and OneNote is helpful. Compensation The target hourly rate range for this position is $20.45 - $22.60 per hour. The wage range for this role considers many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, licensure and certification, business needs, and market demands. Role Description Ideal Aerosmith is seeking a motivated and growth-oriented Business Development Associate, Government Systems to support strategic growth across U.S. Government and Department of Defense customers. This role is ideal for a candidate looking to expand from marketing, communications, program support, or customer engagement into a business development and capture-focused career path. The Business Development Associate will support customer engagement, opportunity identification, trade show and event coordination, market research, proposal development, and capture activities across the Government Systems portfolio, including unmanned systems, aerospace test systems, advanced engineering services, and emerging defense technologies. This position provides a defined growth path into senior business development, capture management, and strategic growth leadership. This role is remote with up to 50% travel and may be performed from North Dakota, Minnesota, Maryland, or Arizona.
