• Serve as a subject matter expert in benefit configuration and quality assurance across MedImpact’s PBM programs. • Lead complex validation efforts, oversee quality and compliance review activities, and ensure that configuration, operational processes, and deliverables meet client requirements and internal quality standards. • Drive continuous improvement, mentor analysts, and partner cross-functionally to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across the organization. • Lead the design, execution, and oversight of complex configuration validation activities for benefit, pharmacy network, and formulary administration in pre‑production environments. • Validate configuration accuracy for maintenance of business, new client implementations, regulatory updates, and special projects. • Approve configuration design plans for complex or unique benefit requests and ensure accurate migration of validated changes from Test to Production environments. • Communicate significant issues, risks, and improvement opportunities to leadership, ensuring visibility and timely resolution.
Job Requirements
- BS/BA and 3+ years’ experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Previous experience writing SQL queries, Automation Testing, File Transfer Protocol and UNIX is highly desirable.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Word, Excel, MS Access and Project.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in SQL queries.
- Knowledge of Quality Assurance methodologies and practical application.
- Strong analytical and problem solving ability and in-depth understanding of PBM regulations and related CMS guidance
- Healthcare, Managed Care, Government Programs or PBM Quality experience is preferred.

Looking for a Lead Quality Engineer for a Platforms & Engineering team to own how to prove products are ready to ship across our web applications, HubSpot workflows, APIs, internal tools, and product analytics. Role Description GovCIO is currently hiring a SQA tester to support the Health Services Portfolio Technical Management and Strategic Solutioning Support (HTMS) program within the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Office of Information and Technology (OIT). This role is a fully remote position within the United States. Core office hours are 8am – 5pm ET. - Designs, develops, and implements testing methods and equipment to ensure that the product will perform to specifications. - Work with developers, end users and organizations to create test plans and test scripts. - Coordinate with test sites and other team participants to plan test events. - Develop testing procedures, test plans, scripts, scenarios, functional tests, regression tests, and deployment tests. - Implements the testing processes and ensures all test activities follow those processes. - Produces reports on each test activity and tracks test metrics. - Monitors for continual test process improvement through failure analysis, throughput analysis, yield analysis, and report to management periodically.
