Job Requirements
- 2+ years at a construction, remodeling, or roofing company in an admin, coordination, or operations support role
- Hands-on procurement and material ordering across multiple concurrent projects, including vendor accounts (e.g., Lowe's, Home Depot, specialty suppliers)
- Budget tracking and construction financial admin — invoice/receipt reconciliation, purchase orders, and tagging transactions to the correct projects
- Proficiency with a project CRM (Podio or comparable) and advanced Google Sheets for real-time budget and project tracking
- Contractor and vendor payment coordination — W9 collection, ACH payment setup, and insurance/compliance document management
- B2+ English (CEFR) for internal coordination with US-based founders and team
- Native or near-native Spanish for verbal coordination with bilingual subcontractors and crews
