Advantage Solutions Associate – Utility Billing

Role Description This role works within the Advantage Solutions team and is responsible for supporting multifamily housing operations through onboarding and ongoing product support for Greystar properties. It ensures accurate and efficient execution of platform products, agreements, reporting, and resident billing-related processes, with a strong emphasis on lease compliance, utility setup oversight, and regulatory alignment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and analytical, thrives in structured environments, and can translate complex documentation into clear, actionable operational steps while collaborating across internal teams, external partners, and clients. Key Responsibilities - Support onboarding and implementation of Advantage Solutions products across Greystar properties, ensuring accuracy, lease compliance alignment, and proper utility billing setup throughout the process. - Coordinate onboarding timelines and serve as a resource for property teams, providing guidance and troubleshooting on processes, documentation, and system requirements. - Identify discrepancies, risks, and inconsistencies in lease and billing data and propose practical solutions. - Partner with internal teams, vendors, and property stakeholders to resolve setup issues, facilitate required administrative or payment-related processes, and ensure accurate system and billing execution. - Collaborate with operations, accounting, legal, and property management teams to resolve issues and improve workflows. - Support fee updates, lease template changes, and compliance-related system updates. - Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to strengthen lease compliance, utility billing consistency, and onboarding efficiency. - Support updates to lease language, compliance documentation, and operational standards related to utilities, billing structures, and resident-facing processes. - Complete administrative, compliance, and operational reporting tasks as needed to support accurate execution and ongoing program integrity. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred in Accounting, Business, Finance, or related fields. - Strong communication and coordination skills and the ability to manage reporting, deadlines, and cross-functional collaboration. - Highly detail-oriented and analytical, with experience interpreting complex documentation, supporting onboarding or implementation processes, and translating requirements into clear, actionable steps. Specialized Skills - Advanced knowledge of Excel, SalesForce, Bluemoon, and Google docs including demonstrated proficiency in remaining Microsoft Office products. - Professional demeanor when conducting self with internal and external customers. Salary Range The salary range for this position is $52,000 - $62,000. Additional Compensation - In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in a quarterly or annual bonus program based on individual and company performance. - For onsite property positions, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
