The team is responsible for developing and managing a robust manufacturing subcontract supply chain for Graphcore. Responsibilities and Duties - Drive demand forecasting, production planning, and material requirements for PCBA, systems, and racks through collaboration with cross-functional teams. - Plan, schedule, and monitor production activities to ensure supplier adherence to established production schedules and delivery commitments. - Analyse demand backlogs, WIPs movement and material readiness, identifying and resolving supply and demand imbalances, ensuring timely finished goods delivery. - Perform scenario analysis to evaluate the impact of production capacity, material availability, demand fluctuations, and cost factors. - Prepare and disseminate periodic reports (e.g., WIPs, material readiness and finished goods for the management team, accompanied by insightful analysis and proposed resolutions. - Develop KPI metrics and generate reports to monitor and evaluate supply chain performance and critical metrics. Role Description This is a remote position. IMPORTANT: Must have experience working in professional education & training and/or Higher or Tertiary Education. Flexible to work AU and UK shift - 4 PM to 1 AM Philippine time, Monday to Friday (occasionally): - Ensure seamless support for our teams across Australia and the UK. - Occasionally requires flexible, time-shifted working hours to accommodate working during UK business hours throughout the year. Experience in STEM programs is a great plus.
