Role Description El Comité Internacional de Rescate (IRC) responde a las peores crisis humanitarias del mundo y ayuda a las personas a sobrevivir y reconstruir sus vidas. Fundado en 1933 a pedido de Albert Einstein, el IRC trabaja en más de 40 países y 28 ciudades de EE.UU. para ayudar a las personas cuyas vidas y medios de subsistencia han quedado destrozados por conflictos y catástrofes, incluida la crisis climática, a sobrevivir, recuperarse y tomar el control de su futuro. Liderar la prestación de servicios de apoyo psicosocial para niñas, niños y adolescentes (NNA) en situación de movilidad, de acuerdo con las metodologías del IRC, como parte de los servicios integrales de las Unidades Móviles en Ciudad de México y Ciudad Juárez. - Implementar actividades grupales de apoyo sobre crianza positiva con padres, madres y cuidadores en Ciudad Juárez. - Apoyar en la implementación de actividades grupales de apoyo psicosocial para infancias en movilidad. - Apoyar en la preparación y la logística de distribución de mochilas de juego para NNA. - Llevar un control/base de datos de participantes, en registros físicos y digitales. - Conocer y utilizar las rutas de referencia y de atención para la protección a la niñez. - Evaluar de manera constante las necesidades de NNA y sus familias. - Brindar Primeros Auxilios Psicológicos en caso de que se requiera una respuesta en crisis. - Participar en actividades de fortalecimiento de capacidades técnicas. - Apoyar en la provisión de asistencia humanitaria, según se requiera en situaciones de emergencias. - Servir como ejemplo del IRC Way: Normas de Conducta Profesional. Qualifications - Licenciatura en psicología, trabajo social o carrera a fin en las áreas sociales. - Conocimiento en paquetería office (Outlook, Excel, Word). - Conocimientos en transversalización de género, temas de Protección a personas en vulnerabilidad o en movilidad. - Experiencia mínima de 1 año en proyectos psicosociales y/o de Protección grupales/comunitarios. - Deseable experiencia en el trabajo de contexto humanitario. - Se valorará el conocimiento del contexto local.
