Role Description Red Project Management LLC is expanding its procurement operations and is seeking Assistant Buyers to manage purchasing projects, supplier coordination, transaction execution, and procurement support activities. This role is ideal for individuals interested in purchasing, sourcing, procurement, operations, and project coordination. - Manage assigned procurement projects from start to completion. - Research products, services, suppliers, and acquisition opportunities. - Coordinate purchasing activities and vendor communications. - Track project milestones and transaction status. - Maintain compliance with company procedures and documentation requirements. - Collaborate with internal management regarding project assignments and updates. Qualifications - Strong problem-solving abilities. - Excellent communication skills. - Organized and detail-oriented. - Ability to manage confidential information professionally. - Previous purchasing, procurement, logistics, operations, or project coordination experience is preferred but not required. Requirements - Full-Time Availability Preferred - Fully Remote - Flexible Work Environment - Project assignments provided directly by management. Training - Two-week structured onboarding program. - Ongoing support from management team. - Access to Microsoft Teams, Zoho Projects, Zoho Workforce, Zoho People, and additional operational platforms.
