Role Description We're a growing team looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to help keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly. - Monitoring our virtual mailbox and routing/handling correspondence - Helping track and maintain state compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions - Coordinating new hire merchandise/swag shipping requests - Supporting internal people operations and admin tasks (onboarding logistics, document organization, record keeping, etc.) - Generally keeping things moving — flagging what needs attention, following up on loose ends, and being a dependable second set of hands Qualifications - Are highly organized and proactive — you notice the small stuff before it becomes a problem - Communicate clearly and professionally - Can work independently without needing to be micromanaged - Are comfortable juggling recurring tasks and one-off requests across multiple tools - Treat sensitive/HR-adjacent information with discretion Requirements - Prior experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant, or operations support (nice to have) - Familiarity with state business compliance (registered agent services, annual reports, etc.) (nice to have) - Experience with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and standard HRIS platforms (nice to have) - Background supporting small or remote-first teams (nice to have) Benefits - A dynamic and supportive work environment where innovation and creativity are encouraged. - Competitive salary and benefits package. - Open vacation and sick policy, take the time you need. - Opportunity for professional growth and advancement within a rapidly expanding startup. - A culture that values diversity, inclusion, and the impact of every team member on our success. - Must have a permanent address in one of our hub states: California, Florida, New York, Ohio, Utah, Texas, Michigan, or Washington.
