Field Service Technician
Pitney Bowes
• Install, service, and upgrade Pitney Bowes Shipping and Mailing equipment for clients • Support both Hardware and Software solutions • Troubleshoot and repair equipment successfully with the goal of reducing Client callbacks • Train clients on Pitney Bowes equipment at the time of installation • Work in a 100% client facing capacity as a representative of Pitney Bowes • Cover a multi-zip code territory requiring significant windshield time • Utilize hand tools or small power tools to execute repairs, maintenance, and installations of Pitney Bowes Shipping and Mailing equipment • Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Job Requirements
- Valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 55 lbs + with or without accommodation
- Ability to travel within a multi-zip code territory with up to 80% windshield time
- Ability to bend, squat, stoop, or stand for extended periods of time
- Complete familiarity with a Windows environment and basic knowledge of PC and Networking (Preferred)
- Experience with automated equipment (Preferred)
