CRM Analyst – New Products, Mid-level

• Support the company in testing and validating new product fronts in an agile, intelligent, and data-driven manner. • Map and align with partner areas to deeply understand which new products the company wants to test and the business hypotheses involved. • Design end-to-end CRM flows for experiments (define required data, integration flow, channels, communication pitch, frequency, and relationship journeys). • Manage testing capacity in the CRM roadmap, defining clear prioritization criteria together with the business. • Predefine success metrics and the duration of each experiment, ensuring absolute clarity on when a test has failed or succeeded. • If a product proves viable, structure the handover (processes, learnings, and journeys) to the CRM team. • Responsible for operationalizing and deploying experimentation journeys directly in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. • Monitor experiments using statistical methodologies to suggest continuous improvements and extract valuable insights.
Job Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of CRM tools, specifically Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Amplitude.
- Solid experience with BI tools (Power BI, Looker, or Data Studio).
- Working knowledge of SQL and BigQuery to enable autonomous data extraction.
- Knowledge of experimentation methodologies (A/B testing, control groups, channel and creative tests).
- Familiarity with business and financial metrics (LTV, CAC, conversion funnel).
- Experience optimizing landing pages focused on conversion.
