• Build production-quality tooling that accelerates offensive security workflows, integrated directly into the watchTowr Platform and our autonomous pipelines • Design, experiment with, and iterate on LLM-powered systems, agents, and automations for vulnerability discovery, exploit reproduction, and analysis • Develop and refine the orchestration layers that turn AI capability into reliable, repeatable offensive security outcomes • Rapidly prototype and validate ideas - turning promising experiments into practical tooling that ships • Investigate high-impact security problems and explore pathways toward identifying meaningful vulnerabilities, including novel/zero-day findings • Evaluate emerging models, tools, and AI techniques for where they create real offensive security value versus hype • Collaborate closely with watchTowr Labs researchers, feeding autonomously reproduced vulnerabilities into our Rapid Reaction and Active Defense capabilities • Work with a high degree of autonomy and help define what this capability becomes.
• Enhance and develop our internal Django Python based threat and vulnerability intelligence platform • Design and implement automation pipelines that ingest, normalise, and process internal and external threat intelligence sources • Continuously improve existing workflows, services, and codebases • Ensure platform uptime, monitoring, and logging are maintained
• Hunt, qualify, and manage sales process and opportunities to secure commercial opportunities for the watchTowr Platform. • Work with commercial leadership to build accurate sales forecasting and mapping of target accounts, and then executing a plan. • Identify new business opportunities and create comprehensive account development strategies, engagement plans, and targets for each account in your assigned industries. • Articulate our value proposition and product capability to influence and guide key decision-makers, ultimately establishing watchTowr’s credibility. • Align strategy and approach to overarching business goals – we are aggressive and want you to be too. • Ensure that all customer requirements are met, in line with watchTowr’s standards of quality, throughout the entire commercial process.
• Prospecting and Lead Generation • Conduct research to identify potential clients that align with watchTowr’s target market and ideal customer profile. • Generate interest in watchTowr’s offerings and qualify leads for handover to the sales team. • Outreach and Engagement • Develop personalised outreach messages that address customer pain points and align with watchTowr’s value propositions. • Maintain high volumes of outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn connections to engage prospects. • Follow up with potential leads and nurture relationships to progress them through the sales funnel. • Lead Qualification • Use defined criteria to qualify leads, ensuring they meet watchTowr’s ideal customer profile. • Conduct discovery conversations to gather insights on lead needs, challenges, and decision-making processes. • Prioritise and categorise leads based on engagement level and readiness to buy. • CRM and Data Management • Accurately document all interactions and prospect information in the CRM to maintain an organised and up-to-date pipeline.
• Conduct security research across both 0-days and n-days. • Reverse-engineering patches and performing analysis via patch diffing across both source-available and binary-only targets. • Build and maintain internal tooling for automated vulnerability discovery, exploit validation, and detection signature generation. • Implement production-grade LLM-powered workflows that accelerate vulnerability research. • Focus on looking for the vulnerabilities that matter - high-impact weaknesses that would have a material impact on our clients.
• Lead and mentor the Cyber Engineering team in the UK and Singapore, providing both technical guidance and leadership to support their growth in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. • Report into and work closely with the Head of Labs Engineering to define the future direction of the cyber engineering function aligned with the global strategy, ensuring technical consistency and shared standards. • Act as line manager for the engineers, including performance reviews, career development, and day-to-day coaching. • Design, develop, and maintain the offensive security infrastructure that powers the watchTowr Platform, ensuring it can process vast amounts of data and identify vulnerabilities in enterprise systems at scale. • Collaborate closely with product, front-end, backend, and platform teams to align cyber security initiatives with business goals and ensure seamless integration across functions. • Drive innovation and lead R&D projects that push the limits of offensive security, replicating adversary tactics at scale to uncover vulnerabilities and provide actionable insights.

We're looking for an Accounts Assistant to support the day-to-day finance operations of watchTowr across Singapore, UK, and US. This is a transactional and process-support role - you will own the accuracy and completeness of processing across AP, AR, payroll support, and GL reconciliations, working closely with the Financial Controller and reporting to the VP of Finance. The role is based in Singapore. Sounds great – what will I do? Accounts Payable - Process all incoming invoices in Tipalti - coding, approval routing, payment scheduling - to agreed SLAs - Maintain the vendor master list and GL reference table; own vendor onboarding in Tipalti including bank detail verification - Reconcile AP ledger monthly; flag discrepancies before close - Ensure zero out-of-system payments - flag exceptions immediately Accounts Receivable - Raise and send customer invoices accurately and on time, in line with contract terms - Monitor AR aging and follow up on overdue balances - Reconcile AR ledger monthly Payroll Support - Coordinate payroll inputs across SG, UK, and US to payroll providers on time - Verify payroll output against inputs before submission to Finance Manager for sign-off - Process employee expense reimbursements accurately and to agreed timelines GL & Month-End Support - Prepare standard month-end journals - accruals, prepayments, depreciation - under Financial Controller guidance - Perform GL reconciliations; resolve open items before close - Flag ambiguous GL coding to Finance Controller before posting General - Maintain audit-ready financial records across all entities - Support the Finance Controller during audit fieldwork - retrieving schedules, supporting documentation, and reconciliations - Flag process gaps or errors proactively - do not wait for review to surface issues.
