Role Description The Sales Operations Coordinator supports the sales organization and will report to the sales operations manager. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: - Creates Salesforce opportunities as directed - Update Salesforce Opportunities as needed - Update pricing on ASRs as needed - Create iConnect quotes as needed - Creates Disconnect Leads and manages them as directed - Create and generate Salesforce reports and other reports in Excel as needed - Help resolve customer and order issues by working with customers, other teams, and team members - Enter ASR data as needed into Salesforce - Engage UOC for updating customer orders, including using appropriate acceptance, jeopardy, or errors as needed - Other job duties as necessary Qualifications - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word - 3 - 5 years experience in a telecom role is a plus - Working knowledge of Sales Force is a plus - Working knowledge of Neustar UOC is a plus - Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills - Strong work ethic is expected - Demonstrates accountability to personal work product - Must be a team player and a solution provider Requirements Physical Demands: - Sitting, standing, and walking - Lifting of objects up to 25 pounds, bending, and stooping - Keyboarding, typing - Ability to read effectively from a computer screen, sampling device and/or a paper copy Working Conditions: - Ability to work multiple tasks in a stressful environment while maintaining a positive and pleasant manner with others - Ability to handle a large volume of work and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment - Ability to travel 10% of the year if needed - Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, holidays, and weekends occasionally Benefits - Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance Plans - 401K Plan - Health & Flexible Savings Account - Life and AD&D, Spousal Life, Child Life Insurance Plans - Educational Assistance Plan

Job Description The Senior Manager, Sales Operations partners closely with Sales Leadership across Korea, North Asia, and the Rest of Southeast Asia, alongside Finance, HR, and all cross functional teams, to drive operational excellence, forecast accuracy, and scalable business growth across the region.
