Job Description

Junior Go to Market Project Manager

1KOMMA5°

Role Description Heartbeat AI is our energy optimization platform that provides our customers always with the cleanest and cheapest energy. As Junior Go-to-Market Project Manager, our first focus is contributing to offering Heartbeat AI not only to 1KOMMA5° customers but also to new customers with existing assets. You will take operational ownership, tracking what's working, fixing what isn't, and making sure execution happens across product, sales, operations, and marketing. - Bring the product from launch to scale: - Ensure scalability of the product and related processes by identifying bottlenecks in the customer journey (i.e., customer onboarding, customer support, cancellation handling) and driving concrete fixes end-to-end in close collaboration with Product and Operations. - Own performance tracking and reporting: - Your decisions are data-based and you are able to translate KPI-developments into corrective actions. - Build and maintain dashboards and reporting cadences the team relies on — consolidating launch KPIs, activation metrics, and performance data into clear, decision-ready updates. - Coordinate cross-functional execution: - Manage the operational structure of GTM-initiatives by tracking work-streams, identifying dependencies, and aligning stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations so that decisions made in meetings actually move on the ground. Qualifications - 1–2 years of experience in a commercial, project management, or operations role — at a startup, consulting firm, or fast-paced tech company. - Structured by default: break complex GTM workstreams into clear tasks, manage competing dependencies without losing the thread, and set up tracking systems that actually get used. - Comfortable with data and reporting: can build a clean dashboard, track KPIs consistently, and turn numbers into a concise status update for stakeholders who don't have time to dig into the details. - Follow through without being asked: own action items end-to-end, chase blockers proactively, and make sure cross-functional alignment doesn't stop at the meeting room door. - Communicate clearly and directly in German (C1/C2) and English (C1/C2) — written and verbal — across teams with different priorities and backgrounds. - Interest in the energy transition context — want to understand how a hardware-plus-subscription business scales, not just manage the process around it. Benefits - Part of an international, dynamic, and highly motivated team of people who have proven to make things happen. - Accelerate the "energy transition" and have a direct impact on our climate. - Work with and learn from other super-smart colleagues. - Enjoy direct contact with core decision-makers. - Best chances of entering full-time in one of Europe’s most thriving scaleups. - Work remotely (Germany-wide), with offices in Hamburg, Berlin, or Munich. - Create a healthy balance alongside your work and enjoy all the benefits of the EGYM Wellpass. - Benefits and discounts with Futurebens. - Flexible job bike leasing, whether city bike or e-bike, and do something good for the environment at the same time.
