Role Description This position will be responsible for driving capital investment planning and capability deployment across KGSO-East. This role acts as a critical bridge between NPI project teams and regional service production, ensuring timely readiness of test and calibration capabilities to support new product introductions and regional business growth. Key Responsibilities - NPI Coordination & Capability Readiness - Serve as the primary interface between NPI project teams and KGSO-East production organizations. - Ensure timely alignment and execution of NPI setup activities, including infrastructure, test systems, and calibration capability readiness. - Track NPI milestones and proactively identify risks impacting service readiness or deployment timelines. - Regional CAPEX Planning & Optimization - Lead regional CAPEX planning cycles, consolidating investment needs across sites and functions. - Optimize capital allocation to maximize utilization, ROI, and alignment with strategic priorities. - Collaborate with finance, engineering, and business teams to validate business cases and investment justifications. - Test System Deployment & Tracking - Drive end-to-end planning, setup, and deployment of test systems, with a focus on complex or high-impact systems. - Monitor installation progress, qualification, and ramp-up to ensure operational readiness. - Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to resolve deployment challenges. - Calibration System Support & Issue Resolution - Provide regional support for calibration system setup, addressing technical requests and operational issues. - Work closely with PSE, calibration lab teams, and global functions to ensure compliance with calibration standards and policies. - Facilitate continuous improvement of calibration system deployment processes and troubleshooting efficiency. - Stakeholder Engagement & Governance - Establish strong collaboration with global COEs, product lines, and regional service teams. - Provide regular updates on CAPEX status, risks, and deployment progress to leadership. - Support governance reviews (e.g., SPR, investment reviews) with accurate planning data and insights. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or related field). - 8+ years of experience in service operations, engineering, NPI, or capital planning. - Proven experience in CAPEX planning, equipment deployment, or lab/test system setup. - Strong exposure to NPI processes and cross-functional coordination in a global environment. - Experience in calibration, test systems, or measurement solutions is highly preferred. - Solid understanding of test systems, calibration processes, and calibration lab operations. - Familiarity with capital investment planning, financial justification (ROI, business cases). - Knowledge of NPI lifecycle and support readiness requirements. - Comfortable working with tools such as planning systems, dashboards (e.g., Incorta), and ERP systems. - Willingness to support regional collaboration across time zones. - Proficiency in English; Mandarin is a strong advantage for Greater China coordination.
