Role Description Dans le cadre de son développement, notre client cherche un Superviseur Qualité & Performance Commerciale en télétravail pour accompagner et faire monter en compétences une équipe de commerciaux à distance. Votre mission principale sera de garantir l'excellence opérationnelle des équipes, d'assurer le suivi des performances individuelles et collectives, et de mettre en place un accompagnement quotidien afin d'optimiser les résultats commerciaux. - Pilotage de la performance - Suivre quotidiennement les principaux indicateurs de performance (KPIs) de chaque commercial : - Nombre d'appels émis - Nombre de devis réalisés - Nombre de démonstrations effectuées - Nombre de ventes et de signatures obtenues - Identifier rapidement les écarts entre les objectifs et les résultats. - Mettre en œuvre des plans d'action correctifs pour améliorer les performances. - Supervision qualité - Écouter et analyser les appels de vente de manière quotidienne. - Vérifier le respect des scripts, des argumentaires et des bonnes pratiques commerciales. - Compléter les grilles d'évaluation qualité et fournir un retour constructif aux équipes. - S'assurer que les objections des prospects sont correctement traitées. - Coaching et accompagnement - Organiser des briefs le matin et des débriefs en fin de journée avec chaque commercial. - Accompagner individuellement les membres de l'équipe dans leur progression. - Identifier les axes d'amélioration et mettre en place des actions de coaching adaptées. - Partager les bonnes pratiques et contribuer à une culture de performance positive. - Suivi commercial - Assurer le suivi des devis envoyés et accompagner les commerciaux dans leurs relances jusqu'à la signature. - Veiller à maintenir un haut niveau d'engagement et de motivation au sein de l'équipe. - Reporting - Produire des reportings réguliers à destination de la direction concernant : - L'activité de l'équipe - Les performances individuelles - Les difficultés rencontrées - Les opportunités d'amélioration - Faire remonter les besoins et recommandations afin d'optimiser les opérations commerciales. Qualifications - Expérience significative en management ou supervision d'équipes commerciales. - Excellente maîtrise des techniques de vente et des processus commerciaux. - Expérience en contrôle qualité, écoute d'appels ou coaching commercial fortement appréciée. - Capacité à analyser des KPIs et à piloter la performance à distance. - Excellentes compétences en communication, leadership et accompagnement. - Organisation, rigueur et orientation résultats.
