Role Description As an Associate People Operations Generalist at OpenSpace, you will play a key role in supporting the organization's talent acquisition and people operations functions. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey. In addition to recruitment, you will support day-to-day People Operations activities, including: - Employee lifecycle management - HR administration - Employee engagement initiatives - Office operations This role is critical in maintaining efficient HR processes, ensuring accurate employee records, and fostering a productive and well-organized workplace. Your contributions will directly support business growth by helping build high-performing teams, enhancing the employee experience, and ensuring People Operations practices are aligned with organizational objectives. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 1–2 years of relevant experience in human resource management.
