• Wsparcie administracyjne i procesowe: Przygotowywanie i aktualizacja dokumentacji P&C (szablony, prezentacje, raporty, zestawienia) na potrzeby PBP Director OPS i PBP Managera. • Wsparcie analityki HR: Gromadzenie i wstępna analiza danych HR (absencje, rotacja, zatrudnienie, wyniki badań) dla obszaru OPS • Wsparcie procesów P&C: Wsparcie w organizacji i realizacji kluczowych procesów P&C: onboardingu, ocen pracowniczych, Badania Zaangażowania, procesów talentowych i sukcesji. • Obsługa zapytań pracowników: Przyjmowanie i wstępna obsługa zapytań pracowników i menedżerów obszaru OPS w tematach P&C. • Wsparcie projektów P&C: Aktywny udział w projektach P&C realizowanych dla obszaru OPS jako członek zespołu projektowego. • Współpraca z zespołami P&C CoE: Koordynacja i śledzenie działań realizowanych przez Centra Ekspertyzy (L&D, C&B, Rekrutacja) na rzecz obszaru OPS.

Job Requirements

  • Doświadczenie w obszarze HR - 0-2 lata w roli HR, staż lub praktyki w P&C (również mile widziane doświadczenie z CoE: L&D, Talent Acquisition, C&B)
  • Biegłość w MS Office - Excel (tabele przestawne, podstawowe formuły), PowerPoint, Word; gotowość do pracy z danymi i samodzielnego przygotowywania raportów
  • Dobra organizacja pracy i zarządzanie priorytetami - umiejętność obsługi równoległych zadań w dynamicznym środowisku operacyjnym
  • Komunikatywność i proaktywność - jasne przekazywanie informacji, aktywne słuchanie, inicjatywa w realizacji powierzonych zadań
  • Otwartość na naukę i adaptacja - chęć rozwoju w obszarze People & Culture i gotowość do działania w zmiennym środowisku
  • Angielski na poziomie komunikatywnym (min. B2) - wystarczającym do pracy z narzędziami i dokumentacją grupową
  • Wykształcenie wyższe lub ostatni rok studiów - kierunki: psychologia, zarządzanie zasobami ludzkimi, zarządzanie, biznes lub pokrewne
  • Znajomość systemów HRIS (np. Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) - doświadczenie z pracą w systemie HR to wyraźny atut.
  • Znajomość podstaw AI lub narzędzi cyfrowych - ciekawość technologiczna i chęć wdrażania nowych rozwiązań w codziennej pracy HR
  • Doświadczenie lub zainteresowanie środowiskiem operacyjnym, logistycznym - rozumienie specyfiki pracy zmianowej i dużych zespołów to dodatkowy plus.

Role Description We are hiring a HRBP for the Tech and Product teams at Docplanner. This person will partner with our leadership on all people-related topics, being the point of contact for managers and employees, will work on onboarding, engagement, and development, to ensure that our Docplanner culture, values, and objectives reflect our People Experience best practices, all done by a data driven approach to HR.
