Ob remote oder vor Ort, beides ist möglich. - Du verantwortest unseren Personalbereich mit aktuell drei Mitarbeitenden und den gesamten Employee Lifecycle – von Recruiting und Onboarding bis hin zu Entwicklung und Offboarding. - Du entwickelst und verantwortest unsere Recruiting-Strategie, baust Talent-Pipelines auf und gewinnst durch Active Sourcing die besten Fach- und Führungskräfte für unser Wachstum. - Du bist zentraler Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte in allen HR-Fragen und steuerst externe Dienstleister. - Du gestaltest Maßnahmen in den Bereichen Employer Branding, Talent Management, Personalentwicklung und Mitarbeiterbindung. - Du verantwortest die Erstellung von Verträgen und Änderungsvereinbarungen sowie die Unterstützung der Gehaltsabrechnung und weiterer HR-Prozesse. - Du analysierst HR- und Recruiting-Kennzahlen, erstellst Reportings für das Management und unterstützt bei Audits. - Gemeinsam mit dem Management entwickelst du unsere HR- und Recruiting-Strategie weiter und schaffst effiziente, skalierbare Strukturen für nachhaltiges Wachstum. Qualifications - Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im HR-Bereich, mit Station(en) in einem agilen und schnelllebigen Start-up- oder Scale-up-Umfeld. - Gute Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht, Recruiting, Lohnbuchhaltung und in der Personalentwicklung. - Erfahrung in der Gestaltung und Optimierung von HR-Strukturen und -Prozessen. - Sichere Kommunikation auf allen Ebenen, Kombination von strategischem Denken mit pragmatischer Umsetzung. - Proaktive Herangehensweise, klare Kommunikation und echtes Interesse an Menschen, Organisationen und Entwicklung. Role Description We are hiring a HRBP for the Tech and Product teams at Docplanner.
