Role Description Jsme Hedepy, online platforma, která se snaží pomocí technologie usnadňovat cestu k péči o duševní zdraví. V roce 2025 skrze naší platformu proběhlo přes 300.000 terapeutických sezení a naší vizí je zpřístupnit psychickou podporu co nejvíce lidem. Na českém trhu se děje hodně: kampaně, brandové aktivace, PR, kolaborace, influenceři. A proto hledáme posilu do CZ marketingového týmu. Hledáme někoho, kdo si vezme konkrétní část agendy za svou a povede ji samostatně. Reportovat budeš přímo naší CMO Claudii a zároveň budeš fungovat v mezinárodním marketingovém týmu (15 lidí). Co budeš dělat: - Lokální marketingové aktivity (50 %) - Tvorba a lokalizace kampaní - Psaní copy - Drobné marketingové testy napříč kanály - Čtení výsledků a vyhodnocování dopadu - Influenceři a sociální sítě (25 %) - Vedení spoluprací s influencery - Strategie i provoz našich organických kanálů na českém trhu - Brand aktivity (25 %) - PR stunty - Brand pop-upy - Kolaborace - Od nápadu přes logistiku až po realizaci (V létě pojedeme na Colours of Ostrava) Qualifications - Čeština na úrovni rodilého mluvčího (C2) se silnými copy a editačními dovednostmi - Angličtina na úrovni B2 - 2+ roky praxe v digitálním marketingu, social media managementu nebo koordinaci influencerů - Umíš číst performance dashboardy a pracovat s metrikami jako CTR, CPA a conversion rate - Track record samostatného vedení projektu od nápadu po launch - Aktivní práce s AI nástroji (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini nebo podobné) - Ochota občas cestovat po ČR Requirements - Základní znalost SEO - Hlubší data literacy ohledně performance kanálů - Základní znalost nástrojů jako je Canva, Figma, CapCut - Zkušenost z citlivého nebo regulovaného oboru (healthcare, mental health, fintech) Benefits - Remote first kulturu, můžeš pracovat odkudkoliv - 2 terapie měsíčně zdarma přes naši platformu Hedepy :) - I když jsme převážně remote, můžeme se potkávat i v kancelářích na Praze 6 - Práce v mezinárodním týmu s kolegy z 10 různých zemí - Letos nás ještě v září čeká celofiremní offsite
