Job Description

Head of Digital Marketing

Nextracker Inc.

• Lead the company’s digital ecosystem, customer journey strategy, demand generation efforts, and integrated digital marketing programs. • Serve as the lead owner of Nextpower’s digital experience and growth marketing strategy. • Oversee website experience, roadmap and optimization, customer journey development, SEO/AEO strategy, account-based marketing (ABM), email marketing, demand generation and digital campaigns. • Work cross-functionally with communications, marketing, sales, regional teams, and agency partners to create integrated digital experiences that strengthen brand visibility, generate demand, and support business growth. • Serve as the strategic owner of Nextpower’s global website experience and digital customer journey roadmap. • Lead ongoing website strategy, optimization, and governance across corporate, campaign, and landing page experiences. • Develop and execute website roadmap priorities aligned to business goals, customer needs, and brand strategy. • Drive conversion optimization initiatives to improve engagement, lead generation, and user experience. • Partner with internal stakeholders and agency teams on UX recommendations, audience journeys, content strategy, and site enhancements. • Oversee email marketing strategy and execution, including newsletters, nurture campaigns, automated journeys, event follow-up sequences, and engagement campaigns. • Collaborate with sales and business stakeholders to align campaigns with commercial priorities and customer needs. • Analyze campaign performance and develop actionable insights and recommendations to optimize future programs.

Job Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in digital marketing, brand strategy, demand generation, digital communications, or integrated marketing roles.
  • Proven experience leading website strategy, digital customer journeys, and integrated digital marketing programs.
  • Experience with demand generation, ABM, email marketing, nurture campaigns, and audience segmentation strategies.
  • Strong experience partnering cross-functionally with communications, sales, brand, analytics, and executive stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success managing integrated campaigns that drive engagement, visibility, and business outcomes.
  • Experience working in complex, matrixed, and fast-paced organizations.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, digital analytics, conversion optimization, and emerging digital engagement trends.
  • Experience collaborating with agency partners and managing external vendors.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience within energy, sustainability, infrastructure, industrial, B2B, technology, or highly regulated industries (preferred).
  • Familiarity with modern marketing automation and CRM platforms (preferred).
  • Experience developing executive-level presentations, narratives, and strategic recommendations (preferred).
  • Experience supporting international or LATAM marketing initiatives (preferred).
  • Portuguese language proficiency strongly preferred.
