• Conduct technical site audits across multiple industries to assess system performance and opportunities • Troubleshoot and resolve complex utility system issues, including boilers and cooling systems • Develop and deliver technical training and support materials for internal and external audiences • Lead and manage multiple internal projects from initiation through completion • Oversee project planning, resource allocation, staffing, and vendor/subcontractor coordination • Monitor project performance, timelines, costs, and quality, making adjustments as needed • Ensure project outcomes meet defined technical, reliability, schedule, and financial requirements • Support geographic expansion initiatives through technical expertise and customer engagement • Act as a primary evaluator of new product concepts and collaborate with R&D on development priorities • Contribute to business growth by supporting sales efforts and maintaining strong customer relationships
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of Cooling industry experience
- Prior direct value sales experience with understanding of business fundamentals and/or past position experience requiring influencing skills
- New Product Launch and sales focus experience
- Expertise in administration and management of cooling chemical applications
- Project management experience requiring planning, directing, managing, and execution of large projects in team setting
- Troubleshooting experience of complex situations requiring organized problem-solving effort
- Demonstrated proficiency in analytical thinking, problem solving, strong attention to detail, and quick understanding of technical concepts
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong independent work ethic with proven track record of growth and success
- Demonstrated ability to make decisions, balancing customer’s needs and company objectives
- Technical leadership of product lines and markets
- Expertise in development and administration of chemical programs for cooling systems, including corrosion, scale, and fouling
- Expertise in Oxidizers and proprietary biocides
- Expertise in all types of cooling systems, both open and closed
- Expertise in Power, Pulp/Paper Water and Hydrocarbon and Chemical processing industry utilities strongly preferred.
- Expertise in reverse osmosis processes is a plus
- Ability to develop and provide training content for sales and customers

Role Description We are seeking a Project Manager with experience supporting broadband and telecommunications network infrastructure initiatives. This role will partner closely with Enterprise Engineering and cross-functional teams to manage network buildouts, infrastructure enhancements, ring collapses, installations, and other network-related projects across the organization. The ideal candidate has a telecommunications background and understands the processes, stakeholders, and dependencies involved in broadband network infrastructure projects. This is a remote role. All qualified candidates must be authorized to work without visa sponsorship or visa transfers. Please note that we do not work C2C. Key Responsibilities - Lead and coordinate broadband network infrastructure projects from initiation through completion. - Facilitate network buildouts, installations, ring collapses, capacity enhancements, and related engineering initiatives. - Partner with Enterprise Engineering, Inside Plant (ISP), Implementation, Field Operations, Optical Network, and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. - Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, status reports, risk logs, and executive-level presentations. - Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, and key performance metrics. - Drive stakeholder meetings, facilitate discussions, and ensure alignment across technical and business teams. - Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to leadership and executive stakeholders. - Adapt quickly to evolving tools, processes, and organizational priorities. • Lead end-to-end delivery of a Salesforce CRM MVP from discovery through launch • Develop and manage a phased project timeline, including milestones, dependencies, integrations, and resource needs • Coordinate across business leaders, IT/Salesforce teams, and external partners as applicable • Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies • Facilitate stakeholder interviews/workshops to gather and prioritize requirements across business units • Translate business needs into clear, structured user stories, process flows, and functional requirements for Salesforce configuration/build • Align stakeholders on scope for MVP vs. future phases • Work closely with the internal Salesforce/ITS team to refine requirements, backlog, and sprint plans • Support UAT planning, execution, and issue resolution • Identify required integrations and coordinate dependencies • Define resource plan aligned to timeline • Deliver a functional Salesforce CRM MVP aligned to agreed scope • Produce a documented backlog and roadmap for future phases (post-MVP enhancements)
• Assist in the development, management, and storage of all project documentation • Actively participate in project hand-off meetings to ensure important job information is gathered before proceeding into construction phase • Assist the PM in preparing the construction budget • Assist in developing and managing the construction schedule • Develop and write subcontracts and purchase orders as requested • Contractually and collaboratively manage subcontractors and their related performance • Collect, organize, and distribute materials and equipment submittals as required • Create and distribute RFI’s for clarification of project specifics • Work with PM and accounting to resolve cost discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information • Collaboratively help price, negotiate, and formalize all changes in project scope • Work closely with Superintendents on their requests for resources, materials, equipment, etc. • Manage safety, quality, and productivity of the project • Ensure jobsite remains clean and orderly
