• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Salesforce • Answer questions via tickets, calls, chats and emails • Project manage technical and administrative tasks, all with a sense of prioritization, accuracy and urgency • Salesforce configuration changes including (but not limited to) workflow, process builder, flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports • Clearly and thoroughly document details of case requests and resolutions such that other team members can seamlessly understand the case history • Maintain and contribute to our customer knowledge base • Be resourceful while working with team members to devise creative solutions and/or workarounds to challenging issues

• Develop and deliver new features for our Salesforce applications, including Apex, LWC, and integrations • Maintain existing Salesforce functionality, including Apex, legacy Aura components, and flows • Configure and customize Salesforce environments to meet the needs of the development, QA, and implementation teams • Diagnose and resolve complex issues in production environments • Assist in the design and delivery of complex product implementation requests • Create and maintain technical documentation and participate in code reviews • Follow Salesforce best practices for development and security, as well as company standards for code quality

Role Description We are seeking a Salesforce Developer responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. This role will be supporting release cycles, performing testing and debugging, contributing to technical documentation, and handling administrative tasks to enhance the Salesforce environment while ensuring adherence to best practices and data quality standards. Role Responsibilities - Develop applications using Visual force pages, Lightning pages, and Lightning Web Components. - Design and implement Apex classes, triggers, Visual force, and Lightning Components to support business requirements. - Integrate Salesforce with other systems using Salesforce APIs. - Develop and maintain SOAP and REST-based integrations in a complex enterprise environment, including real-time, batch, synchronous, and asynchronous integrations. - Utilize Salesforce data tools such as Data Loader, Excel Connector, scripted data loaders, web services, cloud or on-premise middleware, and other enterprise integration technologies. - Support each release cycle by implementing and deploying new or updated applications and code. - Perform unit and system testing, and debug applications. - Adhere to coding best practices and ensure data quality. - Contribute to technical documentation. - Perform administrative tasks to support org enhancements. - Develop solutions with best practices in mind. - Interpret technical specifications. - Test application stability and functionality. - Troubleshoot and fix bugs. - Handle integration tasks. Qualifications - At least 5 years of experience with emphasis on Salesforce development and testing. - Experience working on multiple Cloud with at least Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud. - Experience in other Salesforce clouds like Marketing, Commerce, CPQ, Education, and Analytics is an added advantage.
