Job Description

Quality Assurance Analyst

ARSIEM Corporation

• Support implementation and maintenance of the contractor’s Quality Control Plan. • Monitor contractor performance against PWS requirements, deliverable schedules, quality standards, and QASP performance expectations. • Review deliverables, reports, plans, schedules, technical documentation, and work products for accuracy, completeness, consistency, timeliness, and quality. • Support development and quality review of the Project Management Plan, RACI chart, Integrated Master Schedule, transition-in documentation, transition-out documentation, GFE reports, status reports, and monthly consolidated reports. • Track actions, issues, risks, mitigations, escalations, accomplishments, closures, customer feedback, and corrective actions. • Support root cause analysis and non-recurrence tracking for defective, incomplete, late, or nonconforming work products. • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure M365 deliverables and documentation align with contract requirements. • Assist with Section 508 review of deliverables, as applicable. • Maintain objective evidence supporting successful contract performance and CPARS outcomes. • Support bi-weekly and monthly reporting activities.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience supporting Microsoft 365, IT service delivery, quality assurance, quality control, project controls, or technical documentation in a large corporate or government environment.
  • Experience reviewing technical deliverables, project documentation, status reports, schedules, risks, and action-item tracking.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 cloud services, including SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Exchange Online, Teams, Power Platform, Copilot, Azure/Azure AD, Intune, and related services.
  • Experience supporting quality control processes, performance metrics, corrective actions, or process improvement.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines across multiple deliverables.
  • Ability to complete IRS MBI/security onboarding and required IRS security training.

Role Description Reporting to the Manager, Shared Services, you’ll be responsible for training, monitoring, evaluating and coaching staff on call handling, call resolution and quality file management to provide optimum service to Orbit’s customers. - Conduct staff call observation and file audits on a scheduled basis to ensure service standards are met, including auditing files for technical underwriting and internal process protocols. - Provide department manager & broker with audit results to offer feedback, identify coaching opportunities, and develop individual performance plans. - Provide managers with monthly audit reports and make recommendations on individual and departmental training requirements. - Create and deliver targeted training presentations. - Onboard training of new employees (Systems, workflows, transaction audits). - Recognize and motivate customer service and sales representatives to maximize performance. - Keep customer information confidential to protect operations and ensure staff audit summaries and action plans are filed appropriately. - Assist the management team within the group home & auto division with the implementation of programs and new integration initiatives. - Provide reports and call auditing to assist in complaint resolution. - Perform other duties within competence, as assigned.
