Role Description ASRC Federal is seeking an Automated Test Engineer to join the Software, Applications and Analytics Center of Excellence (CoE). The successful candidates will become key members of the development team building Cloud-based analytics solutions for our government customer NOAA. This is a remote, full-time position. As a member of the development team, this automated test engineer will be responsible to use automated test tools like WebdriverIO, Axe, Allure and similar E2E frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress) tools to create and enhance our automated test suite for: - End-to-end system tests - Regression tests - Acceptance tests - 508 compliance tests - Performance and scalability tests Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline. - 3-5+ years of experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, Java or Python programming languages. - Technical knowledge and experience with WebDriverIO, Cypress or E2E equivalent QA automation tool(s). - Experience in leveraging AI tooling to enhance and maintain automated test scripts. - Experience in a large-scale software testing and verification environment. - Experience with 508 compliance automated testing using frameworks like Axe, Cypress or similar with reporting tool like Allure. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to learn quickly and to collaborate with others in a geographically distributed team. - Experience with Agile workflow methodologies. - Experience with web-based frameworks such as React. - Experience with automated test and performance evaluation strategies for microservices. - Understanding of cloud-based technologies and architectures. - Exposure to working with AWS (ie. codebuild, cloud formation), Node.js, Linux/WSL, CI/CD environments. - Highly organized and punctual. - Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced working environment. - Ability to understand and prioritize customer needs. - Ability to initiate action independently after receiving general guidance/direction. - Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. - Must have very strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Must have excellent organizational skills. - Commitment to NOAA's mission, and prior experience working for NOAA highly desired. - Demonstrated expertise in Federal Government Data Science. - US Citizen able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance Required. Role Description Reporting to the Manager, Shared Services, you’ll be responsible for training, monitoring, evaluating and coaching staff on call handling, call resolution and quality file management to provide optimum service to Orbit’s customers. - Conduct staff call observation and file audits on a scheduled basis to ensure service standards are met, including auditing files for technical underwriting and internal process protocols. - Provide department manager & broker with audit results to offer feedback, identify coaching opportunities, and develop individual performance plans. - Provide managers with monthly audit reports and make recommendations on individual and departmental training requirements. - Create and deliver targeted training presentations. - Onboard training of new employees (Systems, workflows, transaction audits). - Recognize and motivate customer service and sales representatives to maximize performance. - Keep customer information confidential to protect operations and ensure staff audit summaries and action plans are filed appropriately. - Assist the management team within the group home & auto division with the implementation of programs and new integration initiatives. - Provide reports and call auditing to assist in complaint resolution. - Perform other duties within competence, as assigned. Qualifications - A college diploma or equivalent insurance industry designation. - A minimum of three years’ experience in customer service or a contact center environment. - Exceptional communication skills and the demonstrated ability to deal effectively with all levels of internal and external stakeholders. - Superior time management, project management and organizational skills to manage competing priorities. - Knowledge of Applied Epic, Carrier portals, Applied Rating Services and call-monitoring software applications. - Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications. - The ability to fluently communicate in both English and French is an asset. • As Quality Assurance Lead for the OPTN Patient Safety and Compliance task order, coordinates all QA across all systems • Maintains familiarity with modern quality assurance standards and tools • Champions automated testing and test coverage • Leads a team of Quality assurance analysts to design and execute software tests to identify problems • Oversees, develops, and executes comprehensive suites of automation test plans and test cases • Contributes to major research projects and provides input into new directions for existing program areas • Participates in successful proposals for new research studies that support or extend Arbor Research's portfolio • Provides scientific and operational oversight for research projects • Presents seminars, talks, and lectures on behalf of Arbor Research

• Conduct complete penetration tests, report on results, and provide improvement recommendations • Ensure customer satisfaction through the delivery of high-quality consulting services across a portfolio of commercial and federal government projects • Ability to elicit and understand customer requirements and convert those requirements into a technical services solution • Ability to accurately estimate time and cost for each project • Foster an environment of continuous learning, innovation and excellence • Work closely with development teams, product managers, and customer success teams to ensure successful delivery of consulting services or product implementation projects and remove roadblocks • Develop, review and approve formal statements of work, change requests, and proposals • Formulate timely reports and documentation to track progress • Effectively collaborate with peers and company leadership to accomplish team, corporate and client objectives • Answer developer, designer, and content contributor questions about IT Security requirements.
