• Assist with troubleshooting M365 incident and task tickets, including Priority 1 through Priority 4 issues. • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for Copilot, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, Exchange Online, and related services. • Monitor M365 services, OneDrive features, Dataverse environments, end-user data retention requirements, resource utilization, and platform performance. • Support configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of tenant and backup solutions for OneDrive. • Assist with developing and maintaining PowerShell scripts to support OneDrive, SharePoint, M365 administration, and operational needs. • Assist with SharePoint Online administration and support. • Create and maintain reference materials, FAQs, knowledge articles, iTrain content, and user support documentation. • Assist with Proofs of Concept, pilot testing, service validation, and technical documentation. • Support action-item tracking, risk reporting, mitigation updates, escalations, accomplishments, and closures. • Contribute to bi-weekly status updates and monthly consolidated reporting.

• Support security, privacy, and governance activities across the Microsoft 365 cloud suite. • Assist with data readiness planning and integration of Microsoft Purview to protect sensitive data. • Support management of user permissions, data retention, compliance settings, and enterprise policies. • Assist with documentation and management of Security Change Requests and audit logging solutions. • Support Microsoft security and cyber architecture activities related to M365 services. • Assist with security and configuration support for SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Exchange Online, Teams, Power Platform, Copilot, Azure/Azure AD, Intune, and AvePoint Online Services. • Support AvePoint Online Services security capabilities, including tenant-to-tenant considerations, Splunk Enterprise integration, bring-your-own-key configurations, IP restrictions, SFTP, and related interfaces. • Collaborate with systems support staff and technical teams to identify, mitigate, and document risks. • Contribute to bi-weekly and monthly status reporting, including action items, risks, mitigations, escalations, accomplishments, and closures.

• Support implementation and maintenance of the contractor’s Quality Control Plan. • Monitor contractor performance against PWS requirements, deliverable schedules, quality standards, and QASP performance expectations. • Review deliverables, reports, plans, schedules, technical documentation, and work products for accuracy, completeness, consistency, timeliness, and quality. • Support development and quality review of the Project Management Plan, RACI chart, Integrated Master Schedule, transition-in documentation, transition-out documentation, GFE reports, status reports, and monthly consolidated reports. • Track actions, issues, risks, mitigations, escalations, accomplishments, closures, customer feedback, and corrective actions. • Support root cause analysis and non-recurrence tracking for defective, incomplete, late, or nonconforming work products. • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure M365 deliverables and documentation align with contract requirements. • Assist with Section 508 review of deliverables, as applicable. • Maintain objective evidence supporting successful contract performance and CPARS outcomes. • Support bi-weekly and monthly reporting activities.

• Develop, maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance Microsoft 365 and Power Platform solutions. • Support application development using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and related Power Platform components. • Develop and maintain .NET-based solutions using C#, ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. • Create and maintain PowerShell scripts to support M365 administration, OneDrive features, SharePoint functionality, automation, and operational needs. • Customize SharePoint lists and integrate disparate systems using Power Apps and related tools. • Support configuration and maintenance of Power Platform environments, pipelines, and tenant-level settings. • Troubleshoot user issues related to Copilot, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, and related services. • Assist with monitoring Dataverse environments, optimizing data models, monitoring resource utilization, and resolving performance issues. • Support Proofs of Concept, pilot testing, reference materials, FAQs, knowledge articles, and training content. • Contribute to bi-weekly and monthly status reporting.
