Procurement Consultant

SR International Incorporation

• Manage all grant-funded procurements and contracts throughout the procurement lifecycle. • Serve as the primary procurement point of contact for grant-funded initiatives. • Attend planning, project management, and stakeholder meetings. • Develop, issue, award, and manage solicitations including: Requests for Proposals (RFPs) Requests for Quotations (RFQs) Requests for Grant Applications (RFGAs) Task Orders. • Issue and manage Intergovernmental Service Agreements (ISAs) with: Governor’s Office Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS) Arizona Department of Economic Security (ADES). • Ensure procurement activities align with grant requirements and funding guidelines. • Maintain procurement documentation to support compliance, audits, and reporting requirements. • Identify and mitigate procurement and contract-related risks. • Coordinate with program leadership, finance teams, and procurement leadership to support agency objectives. • Ensure procurement strategies align with regulatory requirements and organizational goals.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of Procurement experience
  • Experience with State Government or Public Sector Procurement preferred
  • Project Management experience
  • Grants and Grant Contracting experience
  • Experience managing procurement solicitations (RFPs, RFQs, RFGAs, Task Orders)
  • Experience managing Intergovernmental Service Agreements (ISAs)
  • Strong contract administration and vendor management skills
  • Strong documentation, audit readiness, and compliance management experience
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.

Role Description Corpay is currently looking to hire an Airline Sourcing Manager within our TA Connections division. This position falls under our Airline & Hospitality line of business and is located in France. In this role, you will manage RFPs for airline and cruise line clients’ accommodation and transport needs, conduct market research, and foster relationships with hotel and transport vendors. You will report directly to the Global Director of Airline Sourcing, and regularly collaborate with the Operations, Contracting, and Admin teams. How We Work As an Airline Sourcing Manager, you will be expected to work in a remote environment. The Title Coordinator will be responsible for working with multiple national and strategic global teams to coordinate the completion of title and escrow processes and will serve as the main point of contact between our support teams and NCS frontline operations.
