• Maintain and support Oracle Primavera Unifier Version: 26.6 and higher; making changes to existing business processes, data views, user defined reports, BI custom prints, etc. • Ability to identify configuration defects and make the necessary corrections and to assist application administrators with first level user support. • Also responsible for maintaining existing ASP code for the reservations portal and the DFA Bureau of Buildings (BOB) project listing web pages. • This engagement will have two primary objectives. First, to support existing staff with the administration and maintenance of Oracle Primavera Unifier and support the DFA business owners within the Bureau of Building, Grounds, and Real Property Management. • Secondary but of equal importance, the creation of a new web application for DFA’s existing reservation system currently integrated with Primavera Unifier. • Thorough knowledge of Oracle Primavera Unifier, .NET Framework 4.0.0, ASP.NET (VB.NET), .NET Core 8 through 10, Windows Server versions 2025, 2022, 2019, and 2016, IIS, Microsoft SQL required. • Drupal 10 and 11 CMS knowledge would be a plus, as ultimately Reservations will be accessed via the DFA website. • The person selected will be expected to upgrade the existing Reservation code from .Net Core 8 to 10.
• Design, develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications. • Configure entities, forms, dashboards, business process flows, security roles, workflows, and business rules. • Develop custom solutions using C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and Power Platform. • Build Model-Driven Apps and Canvas Apps using Power Apps. • Automate business processes using Power Automate. • Develop executive dashboards and operational reports using Power BI. • Create custom plugins, APIs, workflow extensions, and web resources. • Configure Microsoft Dataverse tables, relationships, validation rules, and security models. • Integrate Dynamics 365 with enterprise systems using REST APIs, SOAP Services, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and Microsoft Graph. • Support data migration, conversion, system integration, and production support. • Manage deployments using Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines. • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, and code reviews. • Produce technical documentation and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable enterprise solutions.
• Design, develop, configure, and support enterprise business applications built on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ecosystems. • Play a key role in modernizing agency operations by delivering secure, scalable, and innovative technology solutions that improve business processes, increase operational efficiency, and support economic development initiatives. • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, project managers, business analysts, and technical teams to implement applications supporting grants management, project management, customer engagement, licensing, workflow automation, reporting, and other agency business functions. • Provide functional configuration expertise, custom software development skills, systems integration experience, and knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Serve as the primary technical owner of the AtoZ ServiceNow platform • Ensure platform quality, scalability, performance, and long-term maintainability • Manage and prioritize the ServiceNow technical backlog in Jira • Oversee enhancements, bug fixes, modernization efforts, and release planning • Provide hands-on ServiceNow configuration and troubleshooting support when needed • Act as the primary technical liaison between AtoZ and implementation vendors • Review vendor technical designs, documentation, and proposed solutions • Support agency onboarding and integration initiatives
• Perform risk assessments, audit reviews, generate findings reports, and make appropriate recommendations for improvement and track outcomes from those activities for DES reporting requirements. • Develop and formulate comprehensive reports detailing the findings, areas of non-compliance, required POA&Ms (Plan of Action and Milestones), environmental observations, and incident reports. • Review, update, and manage security related audit plans, security plans and risk plan documentation for accuracy and consistency, proactively solves problems. • Evaluate data and formulate comprehensive reports detailing the findings, areas of non-compliance, required action plans, and environmental observations. • Generates incident reports and investigates suspicious network activity. • Preparing audit documentation that supports audit results, drafting and editing audit findings to adhere to the standards and the agency's writing style. • Research agency and industry IT security practices standards, best practices, laws and regulations, and other applicable resources, ensures compliance with standards
• Assist Business Analysts (BA) with requirements gathering, system design, application development, testing, and implementation using the Mendix low-code platform • Participate in design sessions and contribute to the enhancement of operational systems, business processes, and reports • Analyze and chart existing business processes to define current-state activities for procedure and application modeling • Develop and document future-state business processes, including: Business rules, Process flow diagrams, Inter-department workflows • Configure and develop Mendix applications, including: Microflows and nanoflows, Domain models, UI components and pages, Integrations and data sources (as applicable) • Prepare User Acceptance Testing (UAT) test cases and coordinate UAT activities with business stakeholders • Perform data validation and quality assurance activities within Mendix applications • Assist in pre-go-live testing efforts and respond promptly to issues that arise • Participate in regular status calls and meetings with agency clients and internal project teams • Create and maintain project documentation related to development, implementation, and transition phases • Ensure the Scrum Master / Project Manager is kept informed of task progress, risks, and action items • Troubleshoot application issues and assist with defect resolution • Perform other duties as assigned
