Role Description We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Wholesale Acquisition Sales Representative to handle inbound seller leads generated through our direct marketing campaigns. This is a phone-intensive sales role where your primary responsibility will be qualifying motivated property sellers, building rapport, negotiating offers, and securing signed contracts. The ideal candidate has direct experience in real estate wholesaling, acquisitions, FSBO, subject-to transactions, or distressed property sales and understands how to navigate conversations with motivated sellers. - Answer inbound calls from sellers responding to cash buyer, foreclosure, probate, and distressed property marketing campaigns. - Qualify sellers using a structured intake process, including motivation, timeline, property condition, and price expectations. - Build trust and rapport with homeowners, many of whom may be experiencing challenging life situations. - Conduct preliminary property evaluations over the phone, including repair estimates, ARV assessments, and deal viability. - Present and negotiate cash offers within company-approved guidelines. - Follow up consistently with leads who do not convert on the first interaction. - Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline management. - Coordinate with acquisitions and underwriting teams on qualified opportunities. - Manage contract execution and ensure a smooth handoff process. - Achieve weekly and monthly KPIs related to contacts, appointments, contracts, and conversions. Qualifications - Previous experience in Real Estate Wholesaling, Acquisitions, FSBO, Subject-To, or Distressed Property Sales. - Proven ability to get motivated sellers under contract. - Strong phone sales and objection-handling skills. - Experience negotiating real estate transactions. - Familiarity with ARV calculations, repair estimates, and wholesale deal analysis. - CRM experience and strong organizational skills. - Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written. - Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Requirements - Experience working with U.S. real estate investors or wholesaling companies. - Familiarity with foreclosure, probate, tax delinquent, and distressed property leads. - Experience using Podio, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms. - Track record of meeting or exceeding sales and contract acquisition goals. Compensation - Base Salary: $1,500–$2,000 USD per month - Performance Bonuses based on contracts signed and closed deals Success Metrics - Contact Rate - Lead-to-Contract Conversion Rate - Contracts Signed - Follow-Up Effectiveness - CRM Accuracy and Pipeline Management - Revenue Generated from Acquired Deals
