About the Role The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating and delivering projects from start to finish, ensuring all objectives are met on time and within budget. This role oversees every aspect of project execution, setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and tracking progress, while providing regular status reports to senior leadership and client executives. The Project Manager proactively identifies and escalates risks or issues, manages budgets and financials, and leverages experience and sound judgment to develop plans and achieve goals. This position leads and directs the work of others, fostering a collaborative environment that allows for creativity, autonomy, and effective problem-solving Key Responsibilities Works effectively both independently and in collaboration with CloudMasonry and customer team members to drive customer satisfaction and success. Oversees and takes full accountability for the successful completion of all aspects of assigned project work. Exercises independent judgment and can lead enterprise-level projects with minimal oversight from a director or engagement manager. Facilitates meetings effectively, demonstrates strong brainstorming and consensus-building skills, and confidently engages with executive-level project sponsors. Frequently called upon to take a leadership role in CloudMasonry sales initiatives within areas of expertise. Drives project delivery by managing cross-functional teams, removing blockers, and enforcing best practices across Agile, hybrid, or traditional delivery models. Develops and maintains project plans, timelines, and resource allocations, ensuring delivery commitments are met and client expectations are effectively managed. Owns risk identification and mitigation planning, escalating critical issues with well-defined recommendations and impact assessments. Manages project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring project burn rate to ensure alignment with scope. Proactively communicates budget status and risks to internal and client stakeholders. • Partner with business units to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities • Conduct stakeholder interviews and requirements gathering sessions • Translate business needs into technical requirements and project scopes • Build and maintain strong relationships across departments • Manage IT project and portfolio intake, prioritization, and delivery using Jira • Maintain portfolio roadmaps and ensure strategic alignment with business objectives • Oversee multiple concurrent projects from initiation through delivery • Allocate resources effectively across the project portfolio • Track project dependencies, risks, and interdependencies across initiatives • Establish and monitor project timelines, budgets, and success criteria • Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives for IT projects • Create performance dashboards and ROI analyses for automation initiatives • Measure and report on project portfolio health and delivery metrics • Facilitate AI adoption and change management across the organization • Develop training materials and conduct user enablement sessions • Monitor adoption rates and gather feedback for continuous improvement • Provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders • Manage vendor relationships and external resources • Create and maintain project management standards and best practices • Ensure compliance with IT governance and security requirements

• Project planning and execution of comprehensive project management plan. • Drive project progress, including task completion, milestone achievement and overall project timeline adherence. • Resource management and allocation, understanding team member workload, potential resource constraints, and ensure optimal resource utilization throughout the lifecycle of the project. • Proactive risk management: identify, assess, mitigate, and monitor potential risks with real-time alerts for critical issues. • Communicate expectations and instill accountability in team member. • Resolve conflicts, promote work sharing, and motivate teams toward common goals. • Manage multiple difficult and complex projects, tasks and resources through effective organization prioritization, and time management practices to meet stakeholder objectives. • Additional responsibilities include documentation and reporting, internal & external stakeholder communication, change management and budget management. • Ability to travel ~ 25%-50% to other major RTX US sites (Farmington, Richardson, Cedar Rapids, and Charlotte).

• Lead end-to-end restoration project management for large-scale enterprise incidents • Serve as the strategic point of contact for C-suite executives, legal counsel, insurance carriers, and technical partners • Build and maintain comprehensive restoration roadmaps, master server trackers, dependency maps, and executive dashboards • Independently analyze server tiering, application dependencies, and restoration sequencing • Coordinate across multiple concurrent workstreams • Make real-time calls on resource allocation, priority shifts, and approach changes • Lead war room discussions and executive briefings • Challenge technical assumptions and drive alignment across stakeholder groups • Mentor Technical and Incident Project Managers, and contribute to MOXFIVE's restoration methodology and process development • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule with extended availability during assigned critical incidents
